  1. Consume gives + Max HP So I wouldn't skip
  2. I think the idea was that the build was meant to be something that maximises the value and the power output, so a cheap (relatively) levelling build XD
  3. Looks good to me. My only observation is Havoc and Tesla cage have low accuracy to +3 and +4s but will be fine vs +2s unless you get outside team buff help.
  4. swap ragnarok into firecages. Its a damage power and doesnt need immobilise enhancement. It recharges so quick you can stack it indefinitely.
  5. There's a certain popular thread that has some really questionable builds, especially for sentinel.
  6. I just tested in game, my voltaic had 95% chance to hit on a L54, when I unslotted the dam/acc/rech +5 it went down to 89%. I have 30% global accuracy. So it does seem to take your global accuracy into account. So slot accordingly
  7. Oh and I like Voltaic sent, not sure how you would fit it in. Maybe drop manoeuvres? Since you are basically softcapped without it, just +5 boost all the shield walls and slot in Soulbound Dam and Rech/Acc +5 and the %BU
  8. I didn't bother with opportunity strikes on my elec/elec sent. Just feels redundant, you only need it for bosses and its always up without the proc so I guess it felt superfluous. End drain could sacrifice slots. I put just a single End/Rech HO in my end drain on the elec sent. But then I also can only rely on resists and no defense really, so I needed the heal. Play the build as you have it and can always sacrifice end drain slots if you need the heal more than the endurance (energise makes endurance problems go away anyway from the reduction) When building sents, I tend towards maximising the damage first and then cramming in whatever survival I can afford with the leftover slots. I try to leverage what is in the sets to survive for example the huge -tohit in Blackstar, or the crazy stun in Psychic wail. In this instance you will be leveraging the -endurance to limit attacks coming in. For example, you could swap apoc into zapping bolt, put sentinels ward into charged bolts and then 5 slot ragnarok into ball lightning which would give you a knock down proc for mitigation. You could also slot the KD proc from superior avalanche into short circuit and potentially sacrifice 5% recharge in Thunderous blast to frankenslot and gain more damage procs and even use the global damage set Dam/KD in it. So maybe something like this? Different ways to skin a cat, excuse the saying. You could also do similar slotting into ball lightning instead of the ragnarok. But I like the damage in the nuke.
  9. Looks fine to me, I think I would change some very minor things, but its only because of my personal build style. I would prefer a kismet proc in there somewhere along with a full heal set into energise. Not sure what you would have to sacrifice to achieve that, I dont tend to 4 slot shield walls, so I would probably have done that. Great build though 🙏
  10. I came up with this the other day. Runs great chain for ST damage of Beam>Gaze>Gloom>(Havoc Punch/Torrent) Sentinel (Dark Blast - Super Reflexes).mbd
  11. I have 3 sents at 50 currently Elec/Elec/Elec, Dark/Dark/Dark and Psi/SR/Psi Elec is a sturdy build with great damage potential from Shocked mechanic. Dark is fun because it looks cool. PBAoE powerhouse with loads of -tohit. The only thing i dislike is the regen/recov power is poopy compared to Dark Regen that the other DA variants get. Psi/SR is easy to play because of the 45% defense to everything and a lot of scaling resistance and a massive absorb click. I tested the other day and when around 20% hp i was resist capped and had like 1000 absorb. I currently playing up a Water/Bio, Rad/Rad, Fire/Fire and BR/Stone. My builds attached, haven't yet finalised my water/bio but the rest are there. Sentinel (Electrical Blast - Electric Armor)2.mbd Sentinel (Dark Blast - Dark Armor).mbd Sentinel (Beam Rifle - Stone Armor).mbd Sentinel (Fire Blast - Fiery Aura) 2.mbd Sentinel (Radiation Blast - Radiation Armor).mbd Sentinel (Psychic Blast - Super Reflexes) 2.mbd
  12. I realise I didn't slot any accuracy into creepers, so I would suggest swapping the rag dam +5 with the dam/rech/acc +5 in roots.
  13. Always lead with Seeds. Then Creepers if you haven't already spawned them. Then its up to you to AoE everything till they fall over 🙂
  14. I had already thought "I am never going to use that set" when it was introduced, well I shall stick to my gut reactions then 😛
  15. Very fair point then XD how you getting on with the confuse proc in roots? Was thinking it could go in the creepers slotting in place of the boosted Rag: Damage. Would lose some damage obvs, but gain the confuse proc that will stack nicely with seeds.
  16. One thing to note, if you are a villain the alignment power "Frenzy" will instafill your Domination bar. So I tend to run doms redside just so you can get the domination bar filled at the start of the session easy and keep it perma from then on
  17. I would ignore this thread tbh, the original poster has picked plant and then ignored 2 out of the 3 core powers of the set. The other thread is great though as it shows correct way to slot creepers. Below is my take on it: Notes: Vigor Core: Was going to go musculature, but slotting and power choices meant low accuracy, so vigor fixes that Earth Mastery: You will be at the damage cap due to FS, so having access to powers that you can heavily proc allows you to take the most advantage of FS. (you could even drop the acc/dam HamiO in fissure for an -res proc) Controller (Plant Control - Kinetics).mbd
  18. Why are you so pressed about it? I honestly cannot understand why you are so angry.
  19. Is it really that deep?
  20. If you don't mind using Envenomed Daggers from P2W vendor, then anything can take down an AV. Might take a while though XD.
  21. The new build looks pretty similar to the old one. I guess you just have different build goals than I do when it comes to sentinels, which is part of the fun of this game and how varied it is in slotting and power pick customisation 🙂 Also re fighting pool, elec armour is a resistance based set, so having access to tough to bolster S/L resistance is in your interests. Especially since otherwise you are only around 47%. That's just my opinion though and your mileage on this will vary of course depending on how you pilot the character. I build and play my sentinels generally as damage first and survival secondary. So my advice will always tend towards encouraging this methodology. Take from it what you want and mould it to your needs. Could even just take my build carbon copy onto brainstorm test server and see how it compares vs your builds in terms of damage output and survivability. Then you can make your personal build accordingly. That is what I tend to do if I see something I am interested in on the forums.
  22. I would personally pick @Camel build out of the ones in this thread, but then I tend to forgo defenses to max damage opportunities and lean on the power picks to keep me alive. I think going either Dark or Soul Mastery and not taking Spirit Drain or Soul Drain is criminal. Spirit Drain is objectively better than Soul Drain as it can be made almost perma. I like dark servant, as its free debuff that you don't have to worry about. Also free heals, I tend to slot 2x Acc/Heal hami in mine along with 4 slot cloud senses including the proc. Another pick I like to make is Petrifying gaze with a 53 Acc/Mez hami and 4 hold damage procs. That is juicy damage opportunity. Also fun is Howling Twilight slotted to nuke. So 50+5 Acc/Rech Absolute Amazement, 50+5 Recharge and then 4 TAoE/Slow Damage procs of your choice. You can trade the recharge for another proc if you'd prefer.
  23. I mean, you could slot both %BU and run a number of pylon kills and then slot the +rech and damage proc instead and run the test again and see if there is any noticeable difference between the two? Not like any of those IOs are onerously expensive, so wouldn't be difficult to run the experiment. Maybe run Unai Kemen council empire mission 5 times each way too and see if you notice much time difference in a "real life" setting?
  24. Aim with a Gaussian's proc and a L50+5 recharge would give you noticeable damage boosts to your Inferno
