I know we've got a lot of names released, but I just found this one free and thought it was too good not to share. If you need the ultimate, archetypal villain name: Antagonist is available.

There's some great "dark" options for all those weapons, I especially like the Rularuu weapons for a concept like this. War Mace/Energy Aura (color the powers dark) is a fantastic combo, there's some Endurance help in /EA. Katana/Ninjutsu is a classic for a reason, would work well with your concept. /Bio Armor works great with almost anything, is a top tier set for damage with great survivability, you can re-color or minimal FX most powers into a dark concept, but there's a few powers that still use the biological type effects. With some effort you could explain that as darkness stuff too though. /Shield is great and has some good designs for a dark concept. /Super Reflexes is great but beware it has no endurance tools, you can fix that with IOs and especially Incarnates, but you'll be out of breath a lot while leveling a, for an example, WM/SR. Plenty of other sets but I've got the most experience with those.

For a more impactful addition of Soul Mastery to the character, what if you did more street tier powers? So you'd be a street level hero who one day gains access to these dark, mystical powers. For that I'd go with Martial Arts or Street Justice, can't go wrong with either. If you're wanting to solo a lot I'd personally go Brute. You'll get respectable damage, coupled with nigh Tanker toughness. Scrapper can also qualify with some IO help for endgame stuff.

I did better solo working toward Ostentatious badge than on ToT teams, went much faster earning costumes when it was just me in a mostly empty zone clicking doors.

Released the name Kanaha (Hawaiian for mirror or reflect), and found the name Psalmist available. Would be great for a musical/symphonic character.

This is a great homage character, clearly inspired by those you listed, but you made it your own. Nice work, love it!

Agreed, love this option but having an Aura 1 and Aura 2 slot would be amazing.

In a limited way yes, but here's a couple of things I'd like to do with a Skin Spectrum option: -the ability to put patterns over Spectrum (ie: choose bare chest option under chest, it shows your spectrum color skin, then apply a pattern over. Would give you the ability to create a Dr. Manhatten wearing speedos look. I'm not saying we all need speedos, but that's the idea of the look I'm picturing, ha! -allow costume items that have a skin option, like the Barbarian Iron->Skin under gloves, you'd get your spectrum skin under that bracer instead of a regular skin color.

Edit: I've got to get better at screenshotting! Why do my characters and everything look great, sharp and crisp, then I go to upload and they look fuzzy? Here's a couple of characters I'm proud to showoff 🙂 Axeslinger Paragon City FD's newest fire-fighter technology was, well supposed to be the PCFD FF 1.0. Able to survive extreme conditions, equipped with a myriad of sensors for locating survivors, PCFD FF 1.0 was the pinnacle of fire fighting technology. I say "was" because apparently all it takes is a single electrical short for the AI to go haywire. Now calling itself the "Axeslinger", this fire-fighting mech fancies itself Paragon City's newest superhero, sigh. Good luck with your newest AI, axe wielding superhero Paragon! Ol Razzle Dazzle Step right up and see the wonders of this gifted magician! Where does he get these powers, is he even from our world, our solar system, our dimension?! Are these funny parlor tricks or reality bending wonders? Time to give 'em the Ol Razzle Dazzle!

I know mechanically this isn't an easy one, but here goes: Spectrum skin color. Idea: at the top of the skin color selection screen there would be a checkbox for "Spectrum", if you select that box you get Spectrum color skin and the skin colors are replaced with the normal color selection.

Regarding the discussion about Tanks at high level being less necessary; in my experience having a good Tanker on any team makes everything go smoother.

Since well before Live servers shutdown my main Lightslinger, Energy/Energy Blaster could peel aggro off Tankers. I don't think it's a Homecoming specific thing. And even if an extra group gets tagged, the minions and lieutenants should be defeated almost instantly, allowing the Tanker to reestablish aggro. As for keeping all the aggro off the squishies, if they're attacking or buffing/debuffing, at least a little aggro will always go their way.

I've already got the classic Shivan hologram for my friendly neighborhood Shivan Globert, but I'd love the option to also buy a Neo-Shivan hologram. They're so cool looking, and it would be a bonus if we could have the different color options as well.

Absolutely loving X-Men 97 so far, amazing what they've accomplished. I'm hoping they're using this as a blueprint for how to use mutants in the MCU.

Ugh, I send "Awesome look" or "Cool costume!" tells all the time when I pass by a great looking character, I hope this idea doesn't spread and people think I'm reporting them.
