  3. As for Storm Procs: This is just my opinion. Storm Cell & Cat 5. I use Sudden Impact's KB to KD. Storm Blast is more stationary then most sets. So no point in scatter shit everywhere. Chain Lighting: Depends on the AT. But usually the AT Set with bonus damage proc. In case of Sentinel the chance opportunity. Defender: Either Heal or Absorb. More targets more odds. Blaster: your Defiant Barrage set in Hailstones. Corrupter: Scourging Blast sin Hailstones Defender: Depending what is needed, but either Apocalypse, Winter's Bite, or other Defender set not in Chain Lightning. in Hailstones. Sentinel: Sentinel's Ward. Beyond that, what ever else suits your tastes or build needs. I personally run Hailstones, Storm Cell, Chain Lightning and either Direct Strike or Cloudburst and Cat 5. For my Storm Builds. Depending on secondaries, those 5 powers are 6 slotted with recipes that will overall help the build. But again that's me and how I play. But if I need more slots cuz of secondaries. I usually will just 3 slot Hailstones and move set planned for it to Direct Strike or Cloudburst. Then 3 slots in Hailstones with Thunderstrike. The 3 pieces with Acc in them. I try keep movement down and tend to use Chain Lighting like AoE Snipe(ish). To pull stuff towards the Storm Cell & Cat 5 area I set. I know, Storm Cell moves, but it's slow.
  4. E-M: Defense only is active out of combat. But it also offers far better control in flight and increased speed.

  10. There is no such thing of that on Goldside. Preatoria is faction based. The Resistance and the Loyalists. Non Praetorians cannot start missions there, though they can join you on your teams. Their alignments do not mean anything since Praetoria is technically a Co-Op zone. You can follow story and swap sides several times or stick to one, etc... Everyone can select same missions if you are Praetorians and on same faction. If your different factions you select certain missions together and others are different. Not sure what you mean by Crusaders or Wardens? Alignments system goes: Hero, Vigilante, Rogue, & Villain.

  18. You do realize(Or your not smart enough to). Melee has something Blasters don't have. Armor & Status protection. While Sentinels have blast powers and armor, their damage is lower then a blaster. Melee's are fine for most part. Some stuff could use some tweaking. Like Kin Melee for example. Also Tanks got a huge buff a year or so ago. Increased threat, Cones, AoE, PBAOE, dmg increase. Brutes can raise their DPS through fighting, while Scrappers/Stalkers get Crits and what not. Melee is doing fine, your just having dick envy over something you honestly don't understand.
  19. They stack Normally in this game. Everything stacks so long it's from a different source.
