Why would you lock yourself in a cage with a tiger prowling? The tiger just ate the team. You might be at 25% health as the controller or healer. It’s looking pretty grim.
You put up force field as you flee. FLEE!

I like controllers and dominators, but lately a savage scrapper has been fun to play.

Something just clawed at me from the dark recesses of my diseased brain: wasn't there once an intent by Paragon to expand the Incarnate system with more slots?

Welcome back!
-
There is no advanced donations - it is just the window whether it starts morning, noon, afternoon or night. It does happen last Saturday of the month except December when they may do it a week early so the volunteers can rest.
-
it does not fail, it gets filled whether 30 minutes or 3 days.

while this is an interesting suggestion it begs the question what happens to your costume when you get healed? does it magically stitch up? i could see this working with magic chars and even tech (unstable molecules) but how bout natural heroes in plainclothes? Maybe once the costume is damaged you gotta get repairs (inf sink). Maybe you hafta switch costumes to repair. It might be easier to code parts of your costume vanishing as your take damage? this idea requires some fleshing out.
i got you on this one.
Science - burnt up costumes fade in and back out until fixed.
Tech - Nanites and tiny robots step in to help you out, bud!
Mutant - healing factor - minor green glow fixes stuff. Ugly festering wounds fixed with boils n stuff. If you could smell the process you might barf.
Magic - gnomes! Fairies! ghosts descend on you to heal in a swirl.
Natural - You meet your incredibly high deductible for the year. You still get a bill 4 months from now.

Villain Cape mission: the story was you could not wear a cape until you took down a hero at level 20. My stalker and dominator villain died many times on the mission and I usually played solo and I struggled. My dominator villain often died a lot and likely died in a stiff breeze. I still loved those characters.
I finally traveled to the top of a building, stun the hero, knock back, they drop to one health point and I finish the job. I figured that out by accident the two weeks I was home with pneumonia one summer.

maybe Menu -> Options -> Windows tab -> Chat section -> check the chat balloons option and others in this section.
-
Maybe two different groups intermingled and while we see them as one big group the game just cannot make that leap.

Starro…if you hadn’t destroyed the town they wouldn’t need to rebuild it
I destroy whole planets. Destroying Towns is just a hobby.

For one million (inf) Statesman shows up to your Birthday Party, for five million (inf) he will be alive.... and at your bday party.
I like the idea in theory, but curious about practical application and ability for systems to potentially handle stress if several players cashed out at once.

I love red/gold content but generally find the split 80% hero, 15% red and 5% gold with life revolving around Atlas. Good news is there is always another alt you can roll… or Null the Gull in Pocket D for a quick alignment change if you want to stick with what you have.
-
I like my sniper rifle / traps blaster. Pop some red inspirations and pick up the kill x of this type of villain in a given zone. Good sometimes for pulling one from a large group too.

I got to report the Ray Bann sunglasses one last summer.
I think @Snarky needs cool Ray Bann sunglasses.-

Lady Grey in the crypt mission … I just stand there and she goes apesh!t into the COT. Sadly the life of a hero is not an easy one…..

I have wanted this forever. I enter a map and at the back a bubble appears and disappears in the first 15 seconds of the mission killing the story telling,
I wish I could even pick the locations of items from the available list on map, but that’s another thread.

a whole zone for the volunteer workforce is a pretty big and more than sprinkling villains all over. I was thinking there was talk of Warriors update and lore but I have brain fog if that is related. My forum searching tonight is just just endless clicking.

I don’t use those things but my way to play should not impact others way to play. Other players may want to use those things.
I like my game play a little grindy but others want to get to their destinations a little faster and hop to the next character and do something different.
HC is nice and flexible and if I want to join a fire farm once every 6 months I like that too and then back to missions or street sweeping. I like solo over teams lately and happy I am not mandated either way. I will pick up the raid badges when I feel more social.
I hope HC never goes back to issue the 24, issue 1 or issue 0. Too much other bugs and yuck will come with the fuzzy memories of COH yesteryear.
I clicked hard pass but the pole never appeared with results.

No one is required to team or play with another person. Count your blessings you only dealt with them for 5 minutes and not an hour or evening.
