  1. Working on a new Arachnos Widow called Miss Behaving... will eventually be taking the Fortunata path.
  2. Miss Behaving, so far so good but just a standard Widow at level 13.
  3. If the fake currency of a game like this can be said to have real world value and thus taxed, then using a gambling mechanic wouldn't be the only way to do it. If you work to acquire it in game, then it should be like a second job with taxable income. I hope no one in Congress is reading this and tries to make it happen, because that will kill a lot of gaming.
  4. If MoG could auto-trigger when needed, that would be a huge boost. Like you get hit with an alpha strike that would kill you but it drops you to like 5 or 10% Health and Moment of Glory fires off and lets you keep on going, healing up as you go. If you don't have MoG or it's still recharging, then you're out of luck and just drop like normal. Popping off MoG before running in to attack is one way to go, but if you didn't need it then your moment of glory is more like a moment of wasted potential.
  5. I'd be happy to have some of the Detail 1 options that would fit on the animal & monstrous heads. Like I know Sunglasses won't fit right, but maybe the different horns and spikes and stuff.
  6. Not REAL gambling... virtual gambling. Fake currency for buy in and awards shouldn't violate the law any more so than using enhancement converters to try to get something better by playing again and again.
  7. Not REAL gambling... virtual gambling. Fake currency for buy in and awards shouldn't violate the law any more so than using enhancement converters to try to get something better by playing again and again.
  8. Why not 8 heads and one tentacle? No... no, never mind. That would probably be bad.
  9. I love my Night Widow (level 50), so I could give Fortunata a try.
  10. GMs are all powerful. A GM GM would be ridiculously OP... OP OP, even.
  11. No Toxic Assault unless we get a Toxic Blast, too. I have spoken.
  12. The whips are flamey and there's already a Fire Assault set.
  13. I'd rather have the ability to teleport to map coordinates (set pinpoint or user defined) within your range than have another defense power. Would be really useful to teleport back away from a group to a safe spot without having to teleport past and then around walls... just boom, right to it. And if you try to set a location too far away, the attempt just fails.
  14. That would be ideal, but the original devs back before the game was shut down couldn't pull it off because of the way the game is already coded. I suspect that trying to alter it now would be a nightmare.
  15. I'm against a slot devoted to shapeshifting. If it had selectable powers in it that could that could add that functionality, okay... but there should be non-shapeshifting options. Thumbs down to shapeshifting only.
  16. I wouldn't sign off on disabling incarnate powers except in Task Forces where such limitation is specifically selected. I'm curious, though: were the remaining incarnate slots ever discussed by the original developers? I seem to recall there was an after-shutdown discussion where people got to ask questions about the game lore and possible plans... did anyone ever think to ask about incarnate stuff?
  17. Henchmen are not teammates. Some may stick around for a lengthy time, others may come and go for whatever reasons. A mastermind is an employer, not a buddy. If they're there to learn from you, then how long before they learn everything they can and move on to learn from someone else or start their own solo career? MM pets are fairly static individuals that have learned as much and gone as far as they're going to and have latched on to someone who can take them further... with equipment or power upgrades (temporary) and protection of whatever other power the MM boasts (secondary powerset). I don't even give them the credit of leveling up as the MM does... they're sidekicking to get the level boost because they are inferior without the MM.
  18. I don't want the backstage passes to see the set up. I just want to see the show.
  19. We need an Illusionary Defense support power set for defenders, corruptors, controllers, and masterminds. It could have an Only Affecting Self invisibility power with high defense similar to Force Field's personal force field power, and a Group Invisibility buff like Illusion does. Then add in some similar but different powers like Blind and Flash but make them -ToHit debuffs instead of holds. That's four powers already... Spectral Heal... your allies gain health back but then lose some of that over time (like a reverse Spectral Wounds). The initial big heal could help keep someone alive until their natural regen rate helps get them back to a safe point when some of the healing fades. An Illusionary Armor buff that provides an Absorb bonus as some of opponents' damage simply misses the mark because their aim is hitting more at the illusion around/near the buffed target than hitting the target itself. Tier 9 could have a spectral illusion pet similar to Illusion Control's Spectral Terror but make it smaller and mobile, and instead of causing fear give it a strong taunt aura because a good defense is making your enemies want to attack something other than you (or your allies). There's 7 powers... just need 2 more illusion themed support powers and you've got yourself a new set that's complementary for an existing set and has potential in other combinations. Illusion/Illusion Controllers, for sure... but Demon/Illusion Masterminds could be fun... Storm/Illusion Corruptor... Illusion/Psychic Defender, yes please! Lots of potential.
  20. I had an additional thought on this. Would be funny if after you defeat the GM, instead of dying it transforms into a normal-sized version of itself as an ordinary citizen NPC again and then runs away in that frantic NPC run animation. Like "OMG I'm saved" but also "I'm gettin' the heck out of here before they keep attacking!" Also, a version of this could be added to both red and blue sides. Escaped mad science experiments can happen anywhere.
  21. Maybe it depends on the claw model you're using. Some of them are smaller and might be getting lost in the bigger hands.
  22. I would totally do away with flight and take teleportation with my storm/storm corruptor if there was a lightning strike teleportation option.
  23. I want my toggle hold back. I don't care if it's pushed to a wall or held in a clump a set distance away. The immobilize and shut off after 30 seconds can suck it.
