  1. There is a bug, due to some changes in mob regeneration. The Instant Healing that Zenigrafter use is basically twice more effective than it should be, combined with their high resists. It's hard to defeat them while IH is runnning. The devs know, but it was only found just be OB started.
  2. I am guessing this flag isn't set on Staff on open beta. It's there on live.
  3. Only way I have been able to do it is kite them around the buildings.
  4. You found the horde! It’s quite a battle to solo them.
  5. We have had corrupt police or "good" groups with bad branches in the game pretty much since the beginning. There are rogue PPD all over on the red side. Rogue PPD in Talos arcs. Rogue Longbow and Vanguard. Even rogue PPD Awakened. This is pretty much standard story telling. Nothing to do with real life.
  6. Fun levels of regeneration with Rebirth Radial. Nice while it lasts.
  7. There is the perfect testing ground for all the armor changes. Kallisti Wharf repeatables, use the Find Contact to get started.
  8. You can post a /loc where you are seeing that. The devs fix them when have time. There were a lot of them at the beginning.
  9. Not surprised with the tanker changes. I remember before those changes it's just 80% brutes vs tankers. At least in PUGs. Ratio completely flipped once the buffs hit live. It was inevitable there would be adjustments.
  10. I have been testing against them for awhile. I only have 2-3 characters that can solo them at 4x8. Not easily, just possible. Most people will need to drop difficultly to solo them. No shame in that, they are supposed to be very hard. Once, you have fought them a few times they do get "easier". Waiting to see how a team does against them.

  12. BWI is rather nasty. It's was a bit of a shock when I first fought them. My guess is that you just took a bit hit just as you healed. Forgot the Phantoms have a -heal debuff on some of their attacks. What build are you using and what difficultly?
  13. Note about the flashy-ness of the set. The initial versions were much flashier is terms of bright particle effects was causing me serious nausea, even with dark coloring. So, the devs turned it down a bit. So, you can blame me. 😛 Keep in mind that people who are not ever going to play the set were still going to have all that flashing in their face on teams. Especially, on release when there will be a lot of Pyros running around. Remember when Storm blast came out.

  15. In Kallisti Wharf repeatables, there is an entire faction of Paragon Protectors, along with existing separate Crey missions. Bring controls when fighting them! It's quite possible to punch through the minion and Lt T9s. With two bosses a spawns you will want some holds. If you have holds they are actually a pretty easy faction by Kallisti Wharf standards.
  16. You should test it. It's really durable right now as it is on OB. As for recovery, that is also not an issue in my build with minimal Quick Recovery slotting.
  17. If you hold, and only hold, not sleep, stuns, etc, a protector *before* it fires it T9. The T9 *cannot* be used by the mob, even if the hold wears off.
  18. Ailment Resistance only takes heal sets. The resist parts are not enhance-able.
  19. I tested out a Ice Melee/Regeneration Brute. It was impressive, very durable against Kallisti Warf and PI 4x8 mobs.
  20. It's so glittery and pretty that mobs cannot take their eyes off it aka it taunts.
  21. I haven't play pyro/time, but I have tested pyro/trick arrow. Lead with Glittering Column so you can safely get into Time's Juncture debuff range.
