DarknessEternal Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 Anyone have the actual math on Panacea proc vs Numina proc?
TechPappee Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 Wouldn't ingame information give you most of this already... combat attributes and tooltip information. Also the Hero Builder tool.?
Caulderone Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 (edited) Miracle is worth 0.25 End/Sec Numina is worth 0.17 End/Sec Panacea is worth 0.375 End/Sec All of those are at 100 End. More End modifies each upwards. Check out this guide for a detailed analysis: edit: or were you interested in the HP side? Edited September 12, 2019 by Caulderone 1
Vanden Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 (edited) The charts Caulderone linked cover the endurance aspect of the two procs. The health aspect, however, is a little fuzzier. The Numina unique is a 20% boost to Regeneration, which will work out to various amounts of HP recovered based on how high your character's max HP is. The Panacea proc, however, is unaffected by your AT or max HP, and heals you on average for ~195 HP per minute (if you put it in an auto power) at level 50. It's also affect by Healing Received and Healing Delivered buffs and debuffs. The good news is that this is more HP per minute than the Numina Unique will give you even on a Tanker with capped HP, so there's a clear winner in the debate, and no need to stress about which would be better for your character. Hyperstrike Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 What's more, the Panacea SHOULD act like the PerfShifter proc. Even if your Recovery is floored and your Endurance drained, it should still give you a blip of Endurance. If you want to be godlike, pick anything. If you want to be GOD, pick a TANK!
