Speedemun Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 I checked detailed info for cooldown times on Titan Weapons and Stone Melee brute. After taking Lightining Reflexes the cooldown does not change at all. What am I missing?

MetaVileTerror Posted September 19, 2019 Posted September 19, 2019 You can turn on Cooldown Timers for Powers, and then activate the Power and see if the Cooldown listed in the Info matches the Cooldown on the Power Icon in-game. I noticed in my own case that one of my powers was reading as 2.08 second cooldown in Info, but in-game it was 1.8ish thanks to the Power Recharge Timer.

You ought to have 20% from Lightning Reflexes. - Simple guide for newcomers. - Money making included among other things. - Tanker Fire Armor: the Turtle, the Allrounder, the Dragon, and compilation of Fire Armor builds. - Tanker Stone Armor: beginner friendly (near) immortal Tanker for leveling/end-game and Stone Armor framework. - Brute Rad/Stone and compilation of Brute Stone Armor builds.

Expand Hmm I guess I didn't realise the effect was so minimal. I expected to be able to actually feel the difference. Atleast that of AM. 😞
