I want to know if I can just start a Market Crash solo to earn it, or if I have to actually complete the final mission of the TF before it's awarded. GO to the Wentworth's icon on the map and speak to the lady in the gold blazer. I recommend doing it ASAP, because not only is it the WST (so you get double merits), BUT, the first time you complete it on a character, you're guaranteed a purple recipe drop!
