Trick or Treating: Does not work in Dark Astoria

I don't know if we ever had Halloween Trick or Treating in the Old Days after DA was revamped.  My guess is that DA might still be internally "tagged" at its old level (whatever it was) and not as a 50+ zone for ToT, but that's pure speculation on my part.

I tested a few doors this morning with a level 28 character, which according to the wiki should be in the level range for the original Dark Astoria. None of them worked for trick or treating.
