Any temp global recharge powers?

Are there any temp powers I can grant myself to increase my global recharge?

Sadly it can only go up to 2 hours. I’m trying to shave 2 seconds down on a power. I’m trying to get my fortitude to a 10 second recharge. And it requires me to be logged out of the game to add more time to it

One of the boosts at the P2W vendor gives some sort of recharge boost, I think it's the offensive one. At level 50 it costs 2.5 million (I think) for an hour and you can but up to 8 at a time.

That's not possible. Recharge cap is +400%. Lowest you can get Fortitude to is 12 seconds (or 1/5th its base recharge).

Funny how learning something's mathematically impossible changes your outlook, isn't it?

For future reference anyway, there is also a +20% recharge buff available from a supergroup base buff table. For 3 pieces of cheap salvage and good for 1.5 hours.  I use it regularly on almost all my characters now a days.
