Hey everyone,

So, I didn't know that Ice was so bad but my old Live toon was an Ice character. I want to bring her back so I need help. The only requirements are that she has either flight or mystical flight as well as either leviathan, soul, ice, or dark mastery (preferably a patron power). Other than that, it's open season. I'd love to have perma-dom, though.

I'd really love some help.

 

PS: I'm talking like, billion inf build here. This is my project for the next few weeks.

Well, since you posted in the Everlasting help channel and no one who actually knows what they're doing seems to be responding, here's my attempt. I basically ripped off nekkidtruth's build from here and a dark/dark build from a big archive of old mid's builds that I can't seem to find the link to right now and tried to Frankenstein them together. It definitely needs polishing. Enhancements may be in weird places. Defenses aren't soft-capped (though it's close enough on ranged that dark might cover for the lack). It's got a serious lack of AoE. It's incredibly expensive. However, it should have perma-dom with some nice leeway if I understand the requirements properly. So you might be able to afford to drop some recharge for some more defense. Good luck!

I think I can help but I don't use mids so here's a quick rendition I can give with some of the requirements you're looking for.  I will always take one of the two new pools either Force of Will or Sorcery.  I tend to like Force of Will more thanks to the debuff and what Gather Shadows will pull out of Unleash Potential but I sometimes will go with Sorcery as well so I'll give you an option on that.   This'll be a price is no object build so remember to +5 everything that you won't see attuning.   

 

Ice: 

Block of Ice - (6) Superior Ascendancy of the Dominator

Arctic Air - (6) Coercive Persuasion

AoE hold - (5) Unbreakable Constraint w/proc, (1) minor dmg proc

Jack - (3) Pet Purple IOs

Ice Slick - (1) 50+5 recharge/slow IO

 

Dark: 

Blast - (5) Decimation

Punch - (5) Hecatomb w/proc

Gather Shadows - (2) 50+5 Recharge IO

I like Force of Will more as my unique pool because a powerboosted Unleash Potential gets you +30% defense to everything out of the gate and overlaps with your other resists well.  If your endurance solo is okay and want to change out Dark Consumption for something like Vengeance for another LotG +recharge that's what I usually do if I can.  Anyways hopes this helps!
