Water/Storm

I think I have one saved. The trouble with /storm though, is that it is extremely end intensive, until you get a T3 ageless you are gasping for breath. It is a lot more difficult to solve your endurance problems on a corruptor than it is on a defender. It is a bit hard on both though due to storm summoning itself. As a corruptor your heal in dehydrate is a bit stronger, but as a defender all your defense power modifiers are higher and your storm summoning powers are a bit better. For these reasons I'd go with a defender, especially because most of your damage winds up coming from storming summoning.

I do have both saved, but I honestly like the defender so much better and the corruptor version is so endurance intensive that I don't think it's worth mentioning unless you plan to play with a kin all the time.

Level 20: Dehydrate -- Apc-Dmg/Rchg(A), Apc-Acc/Dmg/Rchg(29), Apc-Acc/Rchg(29), Apc-Dmg/EndRdx(31), Apc-Dam%(31), Heal-I(34)

With Storm as a secondary, the best thing to put in this power is the Theft of Essence proc that returns Endurance. Also, change the Dam/Rech to the Dam/End, because it will increase your damage (lower Recharge slotting means a higher chance to activate the procs), lower your End cost, and increase your chance to return Endurance. Using Dehydrate every 5 seconds in an attack chain (which is awkward to do for a Stormy) will return around 1 EPS from the proc (this doesn't count the cost of the power, but any other attack power would also do about the same DPE). It's like getting a 2nd Stamina.

Also, for that reason, I put 3xThunderstrike in it, with none of the Recharge enhancements. Then, 1x Achilles Heel (with Storm as a secondary, getting more -Res helps your damage), 1x Damage proc (I think Touch of Lady Grey), and the Theft of Essence. Then I'd move the Apocalypse to Water Jet.

This is good advice, honestly I probably need to rebuild the whole thing without the agility alpha in order to fully utilize procs.

In addition to that, putting scourging blast chance for end In tornado let's it fire every time, refunding you endurance and making the power very cheap to spam. I have a water/storm build that's end efficient already at level 37, so getting your end under control pre incarnates is very doable for this particular combo.

1. The build posted is a defender

2. Do you also have softcapped melee and ranged defense? If so please post the build.

Making an end efficient storm corruptor is not the problem, making an end efficient corruptor that also has softcapped defenses is much harder. Add to that the fact that the storm powers do not scourge and I think defenders are a better option.

I'll check the build when I get home. I don't usually run softcap, I shoot for 32.5 to ranged at minimum, aoe if I can manage and use small purple insps to get the last 12.5%. iirc, the build should have 32.5 ranged/aoe I believe. Being water/storm I really have no reason to be in melee since I didn't take soul drain but I'm sure the build could be adapted. Hitting those defense goals would certainly be much easier on a defender but you'd lose out on the scourging blast end proc.

Should be easy enough to port the build to a defender instead.

Doom's Water - Storm Corr 32.5 ranged+aoe.mxd

This was the build I was referencing earlier. Each time I fire off Tornado, the proc refunds me back 8.5 end I believe, making Tornado very cheap.
The Tempest dmg/range in Dominate is actually Entomb chance for absorb just FYI. The Entomb proc IO's recharge enhancement values are incorrect in mids so it's throwing off the proc chances.

Anyway, I have this build at Level 40 now and slotted up as far as I can, zero endurance issues so far. Maybe someone you can pull ideas from this for a defender variant.

I’ve posted this before but for any Storm used struggling with END pre-Incarnates:

-Victory Rush works quite well as a recovery boost pre-50.  Two slots of ENDMOD and you are golden as long as you target defeated +2 bosses.  Stormies often have high recharge anyways and in my builds this power is up almost every other spawn.

-SG base improve END recovery power is almost as good as some IO slotting bonuses.

-Recovery Serum temp power from P2W vendor is better than loading up on blues and cheap.

I actually use all three until I get Ageless T4’d.

I've already got my Water / Storm Corruptor to Level 38 before I saw this.  I really would not like to have to recreate her as a Storm / Water Defender if I can avoid it.  Did someone post their End efficient build for Water / Storm Corruptor and I can't see it?  Kind Regards.
