Going back to original problem:  you have to cure 20 lost, and it’s just too much to handle:

 

I’ve never had this before level 12, and you say you are already going to Perez and that untoggling is too much.  First, I’d put an end reduction IO in all your toggles.  Second, don’t be afraid to take a knee and Rest.  I can’t imagine any of the Lost in Perez can hit you when you are resting, but I’ll be happy to reimburse you for any inspirations you have to spend.

I've never noticed that this one-use for one mission temp power used any endurance.  Why is this considered an issue?

Haha! Fun tangentally related story - I was in the local movie theater lobby, walking out, when I heard a lady at the box office complaining about the difference in price between what she THOUGHT the ticket was going to cost vs. what it actually cost. She was basically harassing the ticket clerk. So, I swooped over, and plopped a $20 bill on the counter and said "don't worry about it", and walked away. She was aghast and took the $20 off the counter and tried to follow me to give it back. I just kept walking.

 

Some people just want to bicker over minor shit, I've found. Life's too short - it's not worth it, is the moral to my story.

I hate to date myself, but I went to a $1 movie theater and asked for a $0.50 refund.  The movie starred Emelio Estevez.

 

More for OP:

 

As PK noted, you can buy endurance inspirations for less than 50 inf.  (again, type /AH to open the auction house).  Defense inspirations might also help.  If you pop a few of those and Rest, there is almost zero chance one of the grey Lost will hit you.
