Your skipping list is like a list of things you should take.

Half of them are not worth taking but the rest should be.

45% ranged def, 72% S/L 40% Nrg resist, 143% rech

Haha

I'm okay with Crushing Field. even after all the cast time buffs of propel tho, It just feels so clunky. Maybe i'll give it a go again at your behest... 😛

Still not 100% sold on blood craze, but I'll still do it. Just for you.

Not sure I understand the efficiency here tho:

Level 2: Stamina -- EndMod-I(A), EndMod-I(25), EndMod-I(25), PrfShf-End%(48)

Thanks for the build overall tho! 🙂 🙂

My personal preference is to do this:

Level 2:    Health
 (A) Panacea - +Hit Points/Endurance: Level 10
 (17) Miracle - +Recovery: Level 20
 (27) Numina's Convalesence - +Regeneration/+Recovery: Level 30

Level 2:    Stamina
 (A) Endurance Modification IO: Level 50+5
 (7) Performance Shifter - EndMod: Level 27
 (19) Performance Shifter - Chance for +End: Level 21

With tough/weave and manueuvers you'll need all the end you can so 3 end 1 P shift for the chance for end.

The slotting levels might be a bit wonky so i'll leave the slot level up to you.

Hope you don't mind me hijacking.. Is Call Swarm worth proc'ing/slotting?

I added one slot to it and put two pieces of the Entropic Chaos set.  One Acc/Damage the other Chance to Heal.  That gives me a 10% Regeneration Stat bonus and I get the occasional minor healing proc.  I also have the full Entropic Chaos set in lift.  So, while using those two in my attack chain I get a good chance of minor healing as I go.

This is how I'd do it although I'd probably pick Maiming Slash instead of, well something. Sofctapped to S/L and Energy which is probably the most common dmg type at high lvls, permadom and Ageless will take care of any end issues you might havem even just T3 Ageless should do the trick:
