Duel pistol/Temporal Manipulation/Blaster

Dual Pistol/Time is on of my favorite blaster combos.  Fast playing, reasonably survivable, with an emphasis on pbaoe and melee.

First, credit to @Apparitionwho posted a build some time ago I used as the basis for my own.  But they had Hover/Fly/Afterburner and I went down the Sorcery pool to get Mystic Flight and Rune instead.  What you end up with is S/L softcapped +DEF and when Rune is active you hit mid 40's to low 50's in +RES for all but Negative and Psi damage, plus it's a good always-available Breakfree.  With Burnout you can do some neat party tricks like double Hail of Bullets every so often....makes the ITF's a lot of fun.

Better Defense, better Recovery.

It's not soft-capped, but it can toss out attacks about as fast as possible and keep throwing.

If you want to be godlike, pick anything.

If you want to be GOD, pick a TANK!

Makes sense! And why charged armour over scorpion shield, if going for defense

I didn't say "going for defense".

Because they obviously didn't.

I'm saying that greater (not perfect) Defense is one of the desirable side-effects of Agility.

The Charged Armor complements the Defense with better Resistance.

Makes the build much less prone to "eggshelling" from anything that can reliably crack Defense.

If you want to be godlike, pick anything.

If you want to be GOD, pick a TANK!
