No idea if this is good or feesable, just bashed together two sperate builds which used bio and savage respectively to create this as im not great at starting from scratch.

E/N weakness. Everything else is pretty much god mode with absorb/melle core/ shadow meld toggling.

Looking for critique or anyone else who's tried sav/bio's opinion (ive never played stalker before this is me attmepting to figure out what i wanna try 😛 )

Also interested 👌🏽

I was considering Bio/Shield, but the lack of self heal and the need to rely on the incarnate heal wa putting me off, im

torm between these two options myself.

Im not sure about the slotting in genetic contamination with those fortuna’s but I’m guessing that’s just for the bonus as I’ve no idea how it works on stalker with sleep 🧐

ah, i ddint mean to put that sandman proc in there. Id either replace that with a 6th bonus, or move slots entirely to other places, but im not sure where.

Okay i made some changes.

cycling shadow meld ( 20 sec cooldown with savage stacks and ageless) the incarnate mellee power and absorb shields i feel this should be pretty strong.mids_build-savbio.mxd

With shadow meld and mellee active, all defences are 50% and higher, E/N are 65 (the weakness is E/N having only 20% resistance with the mellee incarnate power active, and 2 without)

Smash and lethal capped at 75% with the mellee incarnate toggled. Think im just going to go and test how it plays ingame.

I ran tests on Svg/Bio a while back, and found it too squishy for my liking though you may not feel the same. I prefer pairing Ice with /Bio, and Svg/ with /Ice. Those combos feel more robust, though you won't do as much damage with a Svg/Ice as with a Svg/Bio.

Shadow Meld is a great Power but it has 3 seconds activation time and is not allways needed. With Bio you have allready 3 clicks and hasten and shadowmeld. Maybe just click on some attacks in the meantime? Also i try to make my builds without incarnates first. If it is not possible then i start looking at them.

Here is my take on SM/Bio:

Having down time between Shadow Meld's is leaving you a bit open, none of your defenses actually hit the 45% Softcap without SM going, which isn't such a great thing. Shadow Meld is better served as a safety net than a driving force to your survival, it eats into your DPS while you're attacking something like an AV, and its animation time locks you down for a long time (9-15/s every minute, you're burning 19-25% of your play time activating one non-enemy-impacting power). Do you have stealth suppression turned on? Hide won't be giving 8+% defense while you attack, if I flip suppression on your build's defense plummets to 38% for F/C/E/N.

Same rule kind of goes for Melee Core, good for situational buffering, but that power is a 2 up 2 down (minutes) and is primarily impacting everything but S/L for what it can. I'd sooner scrap Melee Core on a Stalker and get Assault Core instead as it will add much more in the form of aggressive damage boosting.

The following build is Offensive 'On', 73% S/L Resist and 46% F/C/E/N Defense (with Hide suppressed), Assault Hybrid swapped in. Build doesn't really need Ageless but it does give a bit of extra recharge for perma-ing Hasten; maybe Rebirth Radial wouldn't be a bad alt option to keep constant high levels of Regen going. I find it intriguing that Rending Flurry looks to do more damage than Hemorrhage, not sure how the Frenzy consumption on either of those powers impacts their final values.
