How Can I Get This Costume

I saw someone wearing this (possibly a GM) and was wondering how can I obtain this outfit? 🤔

Here's my attempt to duplicate it.
It's not perfect, but I'm at work and TECHNICALLY not supposed to be doing this right now...

It looks to mostly be a combination of CoT and Cyborg pieces with Imperial Defense boots and the headless option.

The Rularuu pieces on the belt and chestpiece appear to be custom.

Thanks, so it was a GM after all that was wearing it. I know he was wearing the chest piece, but do you know if and when this will be wearable for all of us?

It's possible that these items are unlockable costume pieces.

And I don't know if/when they'd be opened to everyone.

Come to think of it, I saw the title "costume contest winner" above the person's head. You just refreshed my memory
