csr Posted October 25, 2020 Share Posted October 25, 2020 (edited) Based upon Combat Attributes Touch of the Beyond does not appear to be granting any sort of Fear/Terrorize Resistance or Protection. The short description for the power says Res(Fear), the Patch Notes Fear Protection and the Detailed Info Terrorize Protection.
