bpphantom Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 Just grabbed the Nova Praetoria exploration Accolade on a new toon and it did not unlock the LRT. "Knows Nova's Nooks" is the accolade and it is actually an accolade badge. Just didn't unlock the LRT.

Knows Nova's Nooks is the accolade for Underground Nova, which does not have a base portal and won't unlock the LRT.
