Mashugana Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 Is there a wiki page that explains what SSAs are and lists them? I see that Homecoming is adding them and I assume they are fun stories to play though - I am just not sure how to find them 🙂  Thank you.
TheZag Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 Also on your minimap it will show the signature arc contacts as a red circle with a book in it.
SuperPlyx Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 That old wiki mentions having to buy them or having a subscription , none of that is needed any more. Just go talk to the right contact and you're good to go. And I strongly recommend playing them, they are really great arcs and fun missions. Â Also want to mention the Homecoming Wiki has better up to date info
Techwright Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 Never really did these, except for one time where I got dragged into one mission dazed and confused. I seem to remember not doing much as a team member, which beggars my question: are these designed with team play in mind or are they more solo stuff? I notice that I almost never hear calls for teammates to do these arcs.
Lead Game Master GM Impervium Posted March 14, 2021 Lead Game Master Posted March 14, 2021 They're story focused, and as such, only one person will get the full experience... however, some of the combat situations can require either a few teamamtes or a well-built character. 1 GM ImperviumHomecoming FAQ; Need a hand? tidge Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 The first SSA story "Who Will Die?" has a solo-player payoff, that depends on if you did the missions as a Hero or a Villain, so I don't really recommend concluding that one as a team. Â The first Chapter of "Who Will Die?" has a couple of somewhat annoying (short) timed components of missions that will frustrate team members not ready for them... which has made that first story the de facto "run it by myself, for myself"Â arc. I've run most of them with teams, I try to do this just to introduce other players to the content. 1
Darmian Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 One of our little SGs runs them regularly, rotating the lead as we go depending on what alt we're using. 1 AE SFMA Arcs: The Meteors (Arc id 42079) | Dark Deeds in Galaxy City: Part One.
