Tequila vs HC - one more time?

Recommended Posts

I know the answer to this is out there, but some quick searches really haven't turned up a current, meaningful answer.

What's the diff between the HC launcher and Tequila?

For whatever reason, I've been using Tequila all along. About to build a whomp-ass new system and do clean installs of everything... so do I want to stay with Tequila, switch to HC, or what. and why?

Short answer, if you're looking to the future, use the HC Launcher. See my links for helpful stuff.

The only downside is needing to learn where the new files live. There are many upsides: better, faster patching, rational directory structure, better option granularity... The list goes on. Go for it, you'll be glad you did!
