Fold Space Not Working

I had a villain in Reunion I created a while back with various teleportation powers. Now that the travel powers have changed, she has Fold Space (I created her before the change). I tried the power several times yesterday for the first time, but it never teleported the selected enemies nor anything else. Is there some kind of bug?

I haven't thought to check the roll odds in the Combat tab until just now to see if anything is registering there when I use it.

EDIT: If it means anything, my character is a level 22 Widow.

It is a PBAoE, so you targeting an enemy won't matter. You will need to be within 100 ft of enemies, and all of them will be subject to teleportation.

The TP is mag 4.1, so you should be able to pull anything less than a +4 boss.

I guess I was too far away. I tested it again and it worked.

I wish there was a way to know if I was within teleporting distance. Perhaps you could target an enemy (it would still grab other enemies in the vicinity of the selected one) and if you press the button, it either works if you're close enough, or warns you if you're too far away.
