The_Warpact
Yeah, yeah the unstoppable notion that you are a out of control freight train. I love my broots but man oh man being so very hard to kill is appealing. Let me know what you think of my latest pet project. Caulderone
Always interesting to see the different way people go about slotting. Some small ideas for tweaks: You don't need the 6th slot of either SMotT or SGF. You could drop the D/R from both and add a Dmg Proc or move the slot. Mental Strike is not terribly usable. You could drop that slot and add a 5th Unbreakable Guard and get more T/P. You could drop a slot from Grounded and move it for another 5th Unbreakable Guard (moving the +HP UG) for more T/P. Static Shield is pretty cheap already, and with high-uptime End-Discount from Energize, you could get 7%+ more Psi from a Resist enhance. OR you could move the Glad +3def here and use the empty slot in Grounded for a KB Prot in case you left the ground. Winter's Gift in SS would be nice for more Slow resist. Lightning Field could take 2 L50+5 A/D/E and barely cost any more and do way more damage with a good accuracy, too.

Xandyr
I've not really played Psionic. How is it? The confuse power seems like it would help out resistance based sets and WP more (gives time to regen). Is that the case? And I'm sure it only reliably affects minions and maybe the occasional Lt? And Mass Levitate, with it's knock up too. Given that later on you run into more Psi resistance, has that hampered your "arresting" ability? I've thought about giving it a shot. I'd probably pair it with Elec,Dark, or WP. Without_Pause
Confuse is good for anything annoying. If you don't have end drain protection, you can confuse a sapper at the start. I lean with it being better for solo play. I rolled a Psi/dark brute yesterday so only level 12. The biggest issue with Psionic so far is how little control you seem to have when you get Insight. It seems great when you get it. I have no good solution outside of the devs making it a toggle which generates the DoT on your Psionic attacks. I did purposely pair Psionic with a damage aura to offer a different type of damage for later on. I'll add in Soul as a Patron. 1 Top 10 Most Fun 50s. 1. Without Mercy: Claws/ea Scrapper. 2. I like it on a tank better than a broot, I had it on a /regen and it was a very aggressive toolbox kind of set. https://www.twitch.tv/boomie373 The Revenants twitch channel, come watch us face plant, talk smack, and attempt to be world class villains. Without_Pause
I debated doing it on a tank to the point I ran around Atlas with one, but went "Screw it," and rerolled to a brute. Reasons being, I wanted to skip the T1 since I don't think I'll need it for an attack chain and it triggers Insight the lowest. The DoT from Insight should be boosted by fury. Also not if you skip Mental Blast, and Confuse or fit things in anyway, Force of Will is right there with a variation of SJ, a ST attack, and a cone attack. 1 Top 10 Most Fun 50s. 1.
