Hello everyone!

 

As always with these posts, I’d like to drop a quick reminder that there are more ways to support Homecoming than just through donations. For a general overview of the different ways you can help Homecoming, check out this thread.

Last Month: August 2022

 

Last month we accepted $4,298.49 in donations, $0.16 over our target for the month. As always, any additional funding remaining at the end of each month is put towards our operating expenses for the following month or additional expenses for the current month.

 

Here is the breakdown of our expenses for August:

• $4,031.87 for our hardware infrastructure from OVH
• $120.52 for our Google G-Suite services
• $25.00 for our Air instance from Paperspace
• $19.83 for the AWS EC2 instance serving our email
• $10.00 for our website assets license renewal
• $9.73 for security / administration software

This Month: September 2022

 

The donation target for September 2022 is $4,222.10. Here is a breakdown of how the funds are allocated:

• $4,031.87 for our hardware infrastructure from OVH
• $121.57 for our Google G-Suite services
• $25.00 for our Air instance from Paperspace
• $19.25 for the AWS EC2 instance serving our email
• $15.00 for a 1-year domain renewal
• $9.73 for security / administration software

Our donation system will be open as of the time of this post with a donation target of $4,222.10 and will automatically close once that target is met.

Tried again and was able to get through. YAY! Now I can rob more banks and kidnap more citizens!

I post the same message every month - thank you contributors, volunteers and players for making the game available and the hours you put in to keep it running.     

 

You don't have to give money to keep the game awesome - just log in and form teams in LFG channel,  help out the newbie questions when you see them in chat and keep providing positive ideas and feedback in forums.  Thhank you all you bug squishers for I27.P4 testing.

You were the one who closed the donations! That's even better than the kill shot on the Rikti Drop Ship, keeping the evil Server Expenses at bay for another month.
