A Memorial of some type?

I'll admit, I never looked at this section before. And wow it hits you. Would it be out of sorts to have a wall in Pocket D where Devs can put up the forum (or global) name of members that have passed? Well, maybe not Pocket D but a co-op memorial would be nice. Just a thought 🙂

Well, outside of the Memorial NPCs it's hard to ascertain all those heroes who have fallen along the way. But if it were to be anywhere then surely Echo Plaza?  The Garden of Memories?

We do have several of them memorialized as their characters in-game, as @TerroirNoir noted.  Some of them pop up in multiple places.  The frozen pond zone at Christmas time comes to mind.  You can see Ascension, for example, talking on the telephone (his famous phone routine) around the backside of the statue Positron stands before in Steel Canyon.

It would be cool to have something Unspecific and Permanent.

Like a little memorial grove somewhere. Doesn't have to have any Names, just a plaque that says "Dedicated to all those Heroes and Villains who have gone before us." or something like that. That would be nice.

It's insane to think this but I think many players are on the 'back 9 of life', so to speak. I think it'd be cool to have something.

 

During Live, I suggested having an idea where one of the vet rewards would be having a statue of your 'main' put in a zone. You know, those old vet rewards where you'd get the samurai costume pieces etc over time. 

 

I wonder if the Devs are able to track the time an account has been logged in and offer this type of reward?
