Charged Brawl - Electricity Assault not accepting call of the sandman

Description says it accepts Sleep sets- I am not able to put a call of the sandman chance to self heal in it.

Havoc Punch also says it should accept sleep sets.

Just checking that you're high enough level to slot call of the sandman?

 

EDIT:  I just tried it (on Brainstorm, not live, but they should be the same right now), and I was able to slot Call of the Sandman: Chance to Heal Self in Charged Brawl and in Havoc Punch, on an Elec Assault Dominator.

 

Note that Call of the Sandman: Chance to Heal self is unique, so it won't be slottable anywhere if you already have it slotted somewhere.  And the previously mentioned level restriction.

Thank you for checking -- the Dominator in question is 35ish and I tried other sandman pieces as well. 

I'll go double check I dont have another somewhere though just to be careful.

Ok so thats it. I had been going by https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Enhancement_Sets which does not list it as unique.

 

Well then

 

If I can only have 1 then I guess Static Field is the best spot.

The wiki has been updated to reflect this now, I missed it when I did the enhancement set updates a while back.
