Does -100% mean "all of it" when you have both +MaxEnd accolades and maybe a few set bonus +MaxEnd?  Or just -100% of a normal unbuffed blue bar?

All of it.

But Resist Energies gives you 25% endurance resistance so it becomes about -75%.

There's a difference between Unstoppable and Elude: Elude also applies -10000% recovery for 20 seconds.

 

So with Unstoppable, if you crash with a full bar and get a lucky tick of end right after, your toggles can stay on (happens often).

 

With Elude, your toggles will keep draining against your floored recovery and eventually crash.
