I have an all-ranged Fortunata at 24 which I need to get back to. With fly/hover and all of the control & psionic dmg powers, plus stealth, she was a joy to snipe with from above, and pretty much soloed her all the way. And she only has SOs I just checked, not a single IO or set enhancement to speak of! I must check out Kaizen's build above soon and see how she fares into the 30s & 40s.
