ANOTHER THING IMHO IS THAT MORE "RECHARGE" IS FAR LESS THEMATIC THAN SAY A RIDICULUS 'LEADERSHIP MANEUVERS' AURA OR SOMETHING SIMILARLY VISUAL. PvP Capture the Flag! Bring some fun into it....

Wavicle Posted March 28 Posted March 28 (edited) What's there to be sad about? Making IO Set builds is all about raising your stats. Recharge is an important stat. Defense powers are common.
