Notice to any the OG Alpha Strikers out there, we lost one of our own, Nyght.

Not sure if any AlphaStrikers from the original OG servers are around HC but I thought I'd try. Here goes...

 

It is with a heavy heart to tell that Nyght has passed. After a courageous battle with cancer, he passed on last week. For those that don't know him, Nyght was a founding member of AlphaStrike from the OG servers. He played most of all the issues and loved the game. Came back to it with the Homecoming started up.  Angyl and I very enjoyed his time with us in the SG leadership and his humor. Most of all, we will miss his friendship. We were able to meet him with his boys and PseudoCool at Grand Rapids ComicCom several years ago. He was as advertised, a great guy and staunch friend. 

I hope there are some strikers out there still that are knocking around on Homecoming see this. If so, post up. We are thinking of a memorial on the Excelsior server in the near future. We have the funeral arrangements if wanted. 

Nyght, your ever smart ass comments, your steadfast and ever present ear, your willingness to try something new, and your love of the game made being your Super Group lead, your IT specialist ;) and, most of all, your friend a treasure and an honor. Godspeed, my Brother.
