Its not just you, theres a current problem on the forums with uploading files, both mids and screenies. Theres a topic about it elsewhere on the forums.

Yes its not letting me upload files. Its not totally up to date either.

 

As @Neiskasaid theres a problem.

 

I half assumed it was something to do with our current new laws (online saftey act here in the UK) as its affecting everything else but i'll check the forum thread before i jump to that  conclusion.

 

Not just the UK getting screwed then.

Way too many to list for fave combo’s, but maybe the ones I’ve played the most over the past year or so….

 

Necro/Marine

Demons/Storm

Ninja/Marine

Mercs/Marine

Mercs/Cold

Demons/Cold

Ninja/Time

Bots/Time (my first MM ever back on Live)

Bots/Marine

Thugs/Time

Thugs/Storm

 

Marine likely has replaced Time as my favorite secondary.  Storm secondary is just all about more damage really, pairs really well with just about any henchmen type as long as you realize it’s “just” adding more damage and you build for high +Recharge to get out triple tornado and double LS every spawn.

I think, out of everything I've done lately, my current favorites are beast/marine (for raw power and fun) and nec/elec (for something interesting and quirky).

Recently I've taken these through incarnate T3s.  Pretty much all concept characters,  many starting from a pri/sec combo I hadn't tried, none designed to be optimal:

 

  • necro/nature : solid tanky combo.
  • demons/rad : OK.  I like demons but wasn't a big fan of /rad on mms.  It was decent but didn't blow me a way.   Like /kin below, the fact that +rech doesn't work on your pets hampers the glow of the set a bit, especially when solo.
  • beast/kin - fun, hectic set if you like very active play.  This was my first maxed out /kin MM and I found the set decent, but not on the top of my list for how I like to play.
  • nin/cold - a solid combo with lots of +Def to keep your pets alive and killer debuffs.  
  • Merc/storm - the first/only character I've recreated from live.  So much better than he was then for multiple reasons, great range focused mm.
  • nec/elec - I just dinged this guy 50 and am starting incarnate stuff with him.  This is the first /elec char I've been able to play - I finally found a color combo for the big bubble that lets me play it without triggering my migraines (dark with top left black+top left black if anyone is curious), and I've been very pleasantly surprised by it.  It feels like what empathy would feel like if it was fun? 😜


My current projects:

  • demons/empathy & thug/empathy - Trying 2 very different takes on empathy to see if it's valid on either.  So far in 30s I've finding it still the worst and least interesting MM secondary.  I could only recommend it if you actively want to be an empath, but want to be tankier(?) than a defender and not actually have to attack anything (leave pets on defensive).  Maybe that's a desire?
  • bots/elec - my original /elec mm that triggered my migraines, glad to be playing this one again and it seems pretty solid.  I like /elec a little bit more when it's in the mix, and bots wants to be at range (the way I play them) so it's - counterintuitively maybe - not the best combo for *me*  - but it does feel quite strong and fun.
  • beast/marine - clearly going to be  a 'beast'.  This is just a really fun char for me, like any /marine MM it's just GOOD, fun and active.  The melee focus of beast/ plays really well with /marine's leaping in and out of the mix too.  
  • nin/traps - I'm finding /traps less than ideal on an mm.  I'm finding the last 3 powers basically useless, but I'm going to try making some macros for detonator and see if that helps there.  I think trip mine is just a lost cause and I'll be dropping it.  That being said, it's not a bad experience, or weak.  I do hope it gets a buff with an eye towards sets like /marine though, could be amazing (mobile triage beacon/acid mortar, rework trip mine, etc.).
  • beast/pain - I'm not a fan of /pain (did a dark/pain controller a while ago and it was not as fun as I would want), BUT after just putting a bunch of time into two /emps I figured this was a good time to break out /pain again at least in comparison to those two.


Here's my current matrix of mm's.  I'm getting closer to bingo - a 50+3 of every pri/sec (but NOT every pri/sec combo!) on HC.

  • Orange & reds are from live and for the most part I'm not remaking any of those. 
  • % = currently working on HC
  • 50% = 50+3 on HC
