  second wind does not seem to be working as stated. when I have it activated, and I die, I do not stand up and fight.

Weird. It worked for me. I had it trigger 3 times in one extended fight.

I got it working but you have to smash your movement keys otherwise you just lay there.  The description is really worded poorly.

Question on the self-rez aspect. Does anyone know how long you can wait before clicking yes/no for the rez effect?  Sometimes it's good to wait a couple minutes for mobs to reset before popping back up.

I thought I read that it automatically stands you up after something like 5 or 10 seconds baccarat they were having issues with the pop up not always showing.

 

 If they did go back to the pop up, I’m assuming there is some sort of limit on how long you can wait.

I never use those. I combine three of them and turn them into the luck or the rage. (yes, I'm kidding)
