1mirg Posted Monday at 01:09 AM Posted Monday at 01:09 AM I mean, like, t's already part of the Card Set as an off branch for Stone Armor which can work ingame too. so can it be added in?
Rudra Posted Monday at 01:23 AM Posted Monday at 01:23 AM It already exists. Select Stone Armor as your armor set. Then select Lava for your customization. 1

(Scrappers, Sentinels, and Stalkers don't get it.) So, there are no powers past Granite Armor. 40 minutes ago, 1mirg said: i'm talking about adding it in as a Stone Armor Power Table options. What are you talking about? Please enlighten me. And no, I don't know adding it in just after the Granite Armor power. So that comment doesn't help me understand. As far as Stone Armor options go, Lava is already an option. Not for all the powers, but it is an option. Edited Monday at 02:22 AM by Rudra Edited to lower case "power".

(Scrappers, Sentinels, and Stalkers don't get it.) So, there are no powers past Granite Armor. Aside from EATs, there are no primary or secondary sets that get 10 powers. There is a set (two?) that has an alternate power choice that locks out the same tier power choice. However, even in that set (those sets?), you can never get more than 9 of the listed powers because one of the powers in the list is an alternate power choice, not an additional power choice. So I am more than willing to bet you will not get a new armor power added to Stone Armor the way your modified screen grab shows. Granite Armor gaining alternate customization options including substituting Magmite Lords and Pumicites instead of the Bedrock currently used has been requested and is far more likely to happen. 1

It looks like it's for Magmites only, as we are currently incapable of playing as Magmites, I don't see how adding it would increase any play options.

We might be able to creatively work around it. The new Reactive Regeneration power tracks each time a player gets hit and does something afterward, so maybe a reflection power could use that as the basis to deal damage to a nearby enemy (might have to be random instead of targeted at the shooter) instead of buffing the user's regen rate. 1 .

"I don't like the way Stone Armor looks, so even though the powerset can be customized as lava armor already, I want a special power added to just this one powerset that breaks the configuration of armor powersets so I can have the look that I want". Even if the HC staff does this, what assurance do you have that it won't be something particularly ugly that you still hate? 1

Forager Posted Monday at 05:08 PM Posted Monday at 05:08 PM How about instead of yet another toggle, it was a click power like Unstoppable or Moment of Glory that covered you in lava? It could be a damage aura, but that returned damage idea would be badass. When it crashes, you get encased in hardened lava (sleep effect). It creates a damage aura as you described, then when it crashes, it encases you in hardened lava, applying a hold, with an effect like the Hibernate power, except that you can't terminate it early; its timer has to run out. So you'd have to balance slotting it for damage and accuracy, or for healing.

I always imagined it would be brittle, but I'm no geologist. Hard to slot... hmm. It could be a damage debuff. Like if you punched it, you probably would have trouble punching the next guy too what with your fist all melty.
