Marauder is sitting near Manticore, and so on. Some arc causes the main building in Grandville to be full of Praetorian refugees as well, but I haven't pinned that down. 1 2

Also, I noticed that the two mutually-exclusive second contacts between Habashy and Thiery can lead to the removal of Skull or Vahzilok spawns in Atlas Park. And of course, there's also Praetoria, where certain overworld NPCs disappear depending on what you do. 1 1

Harris's arc is near the top of my list of arcs where I wish I had options other than those given. Specifically, I'd like to kick his ass and not kill the woman he's creepily stalking. 1
