Sees of Confusion not working.

Since the last Patch, on my Dominator  the power Seeds of confusion doesnt work anymore. The mobs just attack me and no confusion is happening.

What are you attacking and what level are they relative to you? Some critters are immune/resistant to confuse and the power requires a to-hit check, so it could be missing if you're fighting critters with defense, who can debuff your accuracy, or who are +2 or higher to you.

i am a Lvl 35 Dominator, i Fight at +0/x0 Nemisis, my Confuse has an Lvl 30 Accuaricy IO in it.

confuse doesn't work so well against Nemesis and Automatons.

Nemesis as a whole tend to have magnitude 2 protection to confuse.

This is in addition to the base confusion protection all factions get, so in total Nemesis minions have -3, lieutenants have -4 and bosses have -5. Seeds of Confusion is mag 3 base and mag 6 with Domination up. You will need Domination if you want to confuse Nemesis.

Yup, as others have pointed out, Nemesis are largely immune to confuse, and their Vengeance ability makes them difficult to hit on top of it.

They're resistant to psionics in general, making not just Confusion but Psi Melee and Psi Blast annoying to use against them.
