Maybe I'm wrong, but I remember it as 30.  So annoying, I just forgot to turn the original off and it burned out.  I'm getting old.  :(

Some Temporary Powers are full strength the first time you get them and later become Echos.  The Wedding Band is one of them.  Here is the description:

 

This power can only be earned once at full strength; further earnings will be reduced in number of charges or strength. Temporary powers denoted by this icon can also be obtained via Ouroboros flashbacks. If the power has already been obtained once, however, a more limited version (an "echo") of the power is awarded instead.

A farmable temp power.

 

however the "Echo" version (obtained via Ouroboros) doesn't have the full 2 hour duration like the one received in the wild. I do recall them nerfing the time on the Echo Band but I don't recall how harshly. 5 Minutes seems a bit short though..

I remembered it being 2 hours/30 mins as well. And even on live i didn't consider the 30 minutes worth all those kill alls on the rare occasions i used up the two hours before my build was set and i forgot i had it. For 5 minutes no chance. I run it once leveling for the 2 hour and my family kills for high pain accolade, then no tys.

K, thanks for confirming I'm not crazy.  You're right, 30 minutes barely worth it, build specific.  For 5 minutes, Stephanie is on her own.

The first time you get it, I believe it is 2 hours. Every time after that, 5 minutes. I recall it always being this way.
