A Purely Frivolous Thing (I've wanted since Day-1)

I'm sure this is WAY down the list of significant ideas that folks have for improving the game, but my hope is that it maybe could be something simple and fun to do...

 

So, I'll suggest it anyway.  From the very First Day I was in the original Live Beta - I've looked up in the sky, seen that Blimp motoring around, and wanted to "hitch a ride".

As soon as I got my very first flying power (Hover) I went up there, only to find that you cannot actually stand on the Blimp -- you slide right off...  (*cry*)...

 

So, please, please, pretty please, if it can be done, it would be wonderful to make that an object we could actually land and stand, and ride around on, for a bird's eye tour of the city.

(maybe even put a badge on top of it -- "Atlas Touring Co" or some such).  If it could ever be done, I'd be smiling for days over it  (I'm very easily amused...)   🙂

I don't believe for a second you ever caught that blimp with old-style Hover.

Nope, not really...  You don't run it down, so-to-speak, you get up to height either well ahead of it, or wait til it comes around again... Then you drop onto it,   ...  and promptly fall off...

I tried that also.... I also wanted to be able to hitch a ride on the various cars and trucks in the city.

 

And dangit, I wanted to do the Hancock thing with my Invuln Tanker against the train. :)

Better still to make it the entrance to a mission or something (hide a badge on it, i don't know.)
