Only on HEATs and VEATs. Or if I cock up a build during development. Not keen on them so I try to build to satisfaction on the way to 50. Errors are easier to rectify in the lower levels. If you don't use multiple builds you could use one of those as a respec to tune up a mismanaged build, I haven't yet. Try to avoid yes - use to correct a mismanaged build only.

Is the game harder to learn today than back on live?
Water replied to Intermipants's topic in General Discussion
When the age of MMORPGs was born there were fewer entities vying for your attention. It was OK to devote time to spend in your activity/hobby of choice. Be that doing Macramé or playing CoH. You knew that you were going to spend time learning and practising and socialising and conquering. Some studies show attention span has decreased by more than 50% in 20 years (within their parameters). Why read the wall of text in a game when you can just click next,next,next,next... If you want the original CoH experience - read said text, have a clue, learn all powersets (over time). If you don't have the time to immerse yourself in this fantasy world it's important to have a time sink in which you can commit. Be that in real life or in a complete fantasy. Is it harder, likely not. Is sharing your attention more difficult - without a doubt YES. -
Thank God you got here...

On a jet plane perhaps ?

Negatory. Sentiment is shared widely but against T&Cs.

'Build police' demand it - I have it on one character out of 200+ over 5 accounts. If it fits your build then great, be sure to facilitate it with extra endurance.

But you do not keep the unattuned set bonus' if you exemplar more than 3 levels below the value of the IO. -

What the Wiki says ( https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Invention_Origin_Enhancement_Set_Bonus ) Set Bonuses and Exemplaring When a character exemplars down to a lower level access to set bonuses (and Global IOs that function as set bonuses) is based on the level of the Enhancement and not the power they are slotted in. Exemplaring more than three levels below the level of the Enhancements renders the set bonuses non-functional. However as long as the character does not exemplar more than three levels below the level of the Enhancement the set bonuses are retained even if the power they are slotted in is unavailable. Purple (Very Rare) sets, PvP sets, Archetype Origin sets, and Winter Origin sets are exempt from this rule and their set bonuses function regardless of the character's exemplar level. Attuned Enhancements change their level based on the character's current Combat Level so the set bonuses will only shut off if the character exemplars more than three levels below the minimum level allowed for the Enhancement. Soo ... the attuned bonus will carry lower - the unattuned will not. The Frankenslotting is still the winner, looks like. -

There is absolutely no need for me and my enjoyment of the game to have a boosted 50 only build so that I can play 1 X 4 star per week with a leader who plays by the clock. I recommend (to everyone) playing the game your way. -

If you have attuned 2 Scirocco's Dervish and 2 unattuned Scirocco's Dervish in a power - you get the 10% regen twice. Once for the attuned set and once for the unattuned set. Hope this explains it -

Well, I'm going to make you sadder - loads of gamers play games their own way.
