    I beta'd (possibly even alpha'd, can't remember for sure) AutoAssault and yes. There were problems galore with that monstrosity. Frankly surprised it lasted as long as it did. The core mechanic was pretty fun, but goodness was everything else around it terrible. As for Tabula Rasa....you guys'd tell me where the secret hidden server for that is if there was one? Right? Right....? Guys? I have the curse of having my two favorite MMOs of all time being closed by the same company. Bitter? Me? Oh yes please, two plates full. With extra gravy. Wildstar I recall playing for about a week or so and being terribly unimpressed with. YMMV But, more to the point, City of Heroes is back! Did you know that?! I'm very, very pleased about that. And maybe it'll get to stick around long term! That's good, too! (But seriously, Tabula Rasa...c'mon guys....)

    Speaking of judging.... In my judgement, it is best if we all agree that a thing happened in this thread that was not the best thing that could have happened. But, by the same token, let us all agree to leave that thing aside and move on from there to a better discussion. Rather than, say, bringing it up further. Pretend all relevant parties have been spoken to. Pretend it was a lapse in judgement that is better overlooked. Pretend, in fact, that the negativity can stop. Because I really don't want to have to do the big 'J' sort of judgement.

    Sometimes you can't go home. But you can always try to make a new home. And Pax, I feel for you. What you described is a terrible way to be treated. And you were justified in being upset about it. But ten years is a long time to hold a grudge. I'm not saying you should go back to warm fuzzy rainbows and what not, but maybe just loosen your grip on it a bit. >shrug<

    I feel like at least one of you is being a bit disingenuous with your counter-points. Which leads to people being upset, which then leads to flame wars. Consider that the best policy is often to either actually discuss you position and opinions in an honest manner, or to find a different discussion that is more suited to you. After all, anyone can post, but not everyone should.

    Well, we had a server restart this morning, see if that's helped any. Other than that, all I can suggest at this point is making very very sure you haven't already got them. Which, I know we've talked about before, but I really can't see why I would be able to get them with no trouble and you wouldn't.

    So, here's the deal. Badges 5, 6, 7, and 8, do not exist in Siren's Call. Yet. Because apparently what is going on is Vidiot maps is showing a strangely prescient view of a possible future. Those badges may be there in the future, when an update happens. But they aren't there now. You should be able to get the first four just fine. I and two other have done so this very evening.

    I got politician, broad shoulders, hangman, and piratical which was enough to earn me the longbow warden badge. I'm using, I believe, an older vidiots install. Those are the only badges mine shows. I'll upgrade if needed and check back in.

    Meanwhile, questions: Has Mr. User realized that the AH has essentially hit bottom and stayed there for all but a few particularly desirable things? Would you be upset if I told you I set price at 1000 for any colored item? (Commons go to the vendor because AH prices are well below what vendors pay.) Are we all clear that the AH is not the only means of gaining these things nor of spending inf to acquire things? Can you explain why anything costs anything in the game? Please, everyone feel free to answer. In particular, that last one.

    As mentioned, it's a combination of factors. Not a warning sign, just the natural flow of people in and out as lives and tastes change. The weekend peaks are what I tend to look at, not that the information means much to me or that i do anything with it, just that if I want to see how things are going population wise, that's when I tend to look at it.
