Whats up with orange salvage? 18,000 bids? Now, I know usually orange salvage seems to sell for 500-600k pretty regularly at a Buy it now type price. But over the last month, even my lowish bids, just never fill. Like pretty reliably I could bid on an orange and get it for 326k before Christmas. Then I was bidding 351k, then 378k etc. Now, I've had bids in for a few days at 388k and they just never fill. I'm up to 401k now. Are people just using this much orange salvage? Or is this more of a reseller type thing where someone is trying to buy thousands at a lower price, and attempt to resale for higher?

No idea, but if you buy the Reveal power from the Pay 2 Win vendor, it will reveal all the zone maps for you.

Ya, I remade my MA/SR scrapper, my Ice/Ice blaster, and Necro/Dark MM. Those are my 50s so far. I'm currently working on a 28 savage melee/willpower scrapper which is a blast so far, and was not a character I had on Live.

I did story arcs mainly solo to 50 with my ice/ice blaster, and the amount of times I needed to use a break free was probably less than 10 times. I cant speak much for the other primaries etc, but I had freeze ray(ST hold) and then bitter freeze ray(same thing, only better) and once you learn which enemies have the holds or stuns, that's who you prioritise with like an immobilize, then move out of LOS, or hold, or put a slow or -to hit on them etc. I didn't even take Clarion for my blaster...I just went for more dps. I figure the best defence from getting mezzed...is kill the enemies before they can mez you. 😄 As was pointed out somewhere above, blasters and other squishy types have generally learned to work around their limitations, with relatively no issues.

Just wanted to add my own personal thank you to the devs. Having this game back is like a dream come true. After the original game got shut down, I was feeling lost. I tried other MMO of course, and some were fun, but none ever really truly felt like I was home. Now I do feel like I am back home again.

I had a character in a SG called Fruit Salad, on Champion server. You needed to have some sort of fruit in the name, so I named my Empath Lemon-Aid.

Scrappers then. Scrappers now. :)

I played almost exclusively on Champion. Had 36 level 50s on Champion when CoH went offline. I’m so excited to be back! I’m installing the game today!!
