The Meteors was me wanting to write more Maven & Co, but not having worked out a way forward from the end of Darkest Before Dawn 3 yet. I was also attempting to do a sort of quasi tip mission thing, but the AE is borky and it didn't really work out that way. I was still reasonably pleased with the end result though. -

Well, there's always the small prequel, The Meteors (in my signature) to tide you over. As for a sequel? I was waiting for some proposed additions to the AE that haven't arrived yet, but when they do...we will see. As a dedicated fan of Gold side I started writing pre Praetorian War arcs (Loyalist and Resistance) that fit into the canon storyline as best as I could make them. But I do have notes on a return to Maven and her team. -

As a TOTAL aside, I went to see "Nosferatu" in the cinema last week. 100th anniversary of the movie and it was great seeing it on the big screen. LOOK, IT'S SNARKY!

That mostly helps, but sometimes as you can see it gets shunted elsewhere. -

That is absolutely right though a bit of serendipity too, since it tied into the Galaxy City attack tutorial with the meteors and the whole Blue Spectrum thing. -

Well, you DO see the flyer! It's what you step out of in the Steel Canyon mission at the end of that arc. I knew I was using that map at the end and retrofitted the intro to explain why you're landing in an Arachnos flyer! Sadly there's no hotel interiors. YET! -

Well, look at it from a movie or TV perspective. The next installment has to up the ante and move the plot forward, or should. I chatted to @Ankylosaur and @cranebump about how the entire series was designed to be three "seasons" of 15 episodes each. I was very much going for a TV/Movie feel in advancement. -

Hi @Zhym. The intro text is there for two reasons, (a) narrative, since these are supposed to be unarmed civilians (you just can't get normal wandering civilians in the AE so you're right about how I made them) and (b) if you attack them while Axios is with you, HE joins in and while that's hilarious you might need him later on but he's still behind you beating up lawyers. And as pointed out elsewhere, they play hell with someone using tab targeting in any of the fights. They DO provide sustenance though if anyone is playing a Warshade! And this is one of my earlier arcs (second ever) so I was experimenting with the form, how far I could push things beyond the usual Explore/Click/Defeat that lots of missions are. -
Unlike Sister Psyche there's never been an in game image of pre Aurora Praetor Tilman. Even before the release of Going Rogue she was depicted as a physical alternate of Aurora. File:Mother Mayhem (old).jpg - Unofficial Homecoming Wiki

Cross post to Mission Architect 🙂 -
Hmmph. Try being a Pure Gold Praetorian level 50 and getting those new shiny badges! You need to get to your base crystal, choose a First Ward arc, ouro down to it, which leaves you at level 29, then not do the arc and just knock on doors. Unless another Gold comes with you then you're soloing it. The EBs are seriously tough when you're soloing at level 29!

Again, big thanks for playing all this. Richter at the end can be a handful! -
Yeah, that's a word for it!

Nah, you're not even in the corner! Go go Snarky Power!

I'd like to thank @TerroirNoir for the quite probably insane choice of working their way through my longform AE story, PLUS @cranebump's PLUS the Encyclopedia Britannica that is @Ankylosaur's longform AEs. Bravo!

Just as an aside to all the back and forth elsewhere, I thought I'd pop in and say HI! You're ALL lovely people! Yes! Even you over there in the corner! BIG WAVE! HUGS!

No, you started in the right place. "The Meteors" does involve Madame Maven's team but is set before the one you're on and isn't connected to that story. -
Things you enjoy that other people seem to not enjoy

I enjoy filling my AEs with stupid amounts of CoX lore and easter eggs. I don't care if no one else gets it or finds them.
