Yoo know whats' funny? After all that, I didn't even ask probably the most important question of all. Is a fire farm even good for an elec/kin corr? I mean, I guess it could be, but what about an s/l farm?

I didn't say this wasn't a fire farm build. What I said was, "this isn't a farming brute." I guess I should have stated this is a fire farming Corr again, but I thought that showing a build with soft capped fire res/def was enough explanation. You interpreted correctly the first time. Which is why I said, "Why wouldn't I want more AoE's? As I said, which you also mentioned, this isn't a farming brute. So, where is all the damage coming from? Just the 2 ST's, 2(3) AoE's and consume? Trying to ST kill an entire group of 4/8 with only 3 AoE's seem painfully slow to me. Not that you were implying this, but that's what would be happening." And this. "I'm straining my inexperienced brain to think about, should/could/ will? compensate for the +rchg that you've put into it. Maybe I'm wrong." Outside of my Rad/Fire Brute, I have almsot zero farming experience with anything else. I did farm my brute up with a Firex2 Sentinal, but that sucked. Everything you say makes sense, but, I keep wondering if those 2 quick recharging AoE's are enough damage (even in a quick rotation,) to take down the 4/8's that I want to take down? That's the reason I added the two other (long) AoE's from Dark (not realizing or even understanding that FS caps damage). I just thought "more AoE's=better" And capping both fire res/def w/o the fire shield amazed the hell outta me. 😁 The rest of your comments seem to stem from a misunderstanding of my intention for this build, so I'll not address them at this time. My revised build isn't in anyway shape or form set in stone, and I do take advice, knowledgable opinions and facts to heart as you see. I did change some of the build according to your revised build of my build. So, I'll will be making both builds (because I'm a stubborn nerd) and see how I feel after I work with them a bit. But that's why they're there. To add more AoE's. And with SD I get the +dmg/tohit buff that lasts until it comes back up, give or take .2 secs. while Ageless is up. Sure, your revision has a bit more recharge, but with my revision, I have added +dmg/tohit which, as I'm straining my inexperienced brain to think about, should/could/ will? compensate for the +rchg that you've put into it. Maybe I'm wrong. But I won't know until I get in there and bang heads with em. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Is there a female costume piece, either a belt or a skirt or some type of add on that acts like a bridal train or the like? I'm a guy so I don't really know what it's called but I could swear there was a longish option. For referrence, I've included a costume I'm trying to put together.

I was working on this build this morning and when I went to submit an updated build, I saw your reply. Thank you. I took some suggestions and applied them. I then realized that after the 3 main aoe's are used, there may be a bit of a dead period where little damage is being applied. Let's face it. This isn't a rad/fire brute here where some damage is being applied constantly. So, I ditched the fire epic pool and went dark. 2 more aoe's (granted, they are long rchg) with great applications that I need. Added tactics and veng and moved some slots around that I saw were benificial from your revision. It looks like we more or less have the same end game going on, with some differences (23% rchg being one). But, I am a patient man and have an unhealthy love/hate/love relationship with respecs. Not sure how long it will take her to run the tunnel but as a refference for myself, my rad/fire brute can run it in about 8-9 minutes. Occasionally less when I really focus. I imagine her doing it in about 10-12 minutes initially while I figure out the timing and such. Should be an interesting journey. Thanks again for your reply. Does it acutally mitigate Rages' crash like mids says it does? And if it does, is it worth the two used less pre-requisite picks to get it? Unrelenting sounds like a perfect pick for my Frankenstein's Monster rip-off, but I'm not sure the pre-reqs are worth it.

Are the random crashes exclusive to Excelsior? Just crashed twice in about a minute span during the hami raid in addition to earlier in the day and have crashed at least 10-15 times in the past few days. Haven't had this happen before.

Stop colors resetting when cycling to the top of the options

This happens to me as well. Once I go back to the top of any costume piece set list, the colors I had chosen, go back to the default of dark smoke and I think white smoke. Minor, annoying inconvenience, but still. -

Lots of good info here. For some reason I was of the mind set that too much recharge was bad for proc chances, which is why I didn't think to use Ageless. But, if having perma dom trumps proc chances, then giddy up! "If you are coming up short despite your best build efforts, remember that using Ageless Destiny will make hitting permadom quite a bit easier (plus refill your endurance bar and provide a recovery boost). It's hard to say how much impact it will have, because the strength of the boost is variable. The base buff on the other hand is cheap, lasts an hour and a half, and provides a constant +20% bonus. The only reason you should ever not have that active is if you've just forgotten about it. (I am lazy and forget it often, but its a big boost and on a Dominator well worth renewing every time you have an idle couple of minutes). Note that the Recharge offered by the incarnate Alpha slot only boosts powers that are enhanceable. Domination is not enhanceable, so you won't get any +Recharge from it."

Now that's good info. When building a dom, I always had domination clicked on, thus skewing the accuracy totals for powers. Thanks.

While I do appreciate the comments, with respect, none of them have answered my questions. If I don't need to have true perma dom, then I'll adjust my build plan accordingly. If chasing true perma dom (+rchg set bonuses and a non activated hasten,) will there be a dps loss if I can't have more dmg procs in powers, or is having true perma dom a dps gain that compensates not having more procs in powers? I easily have perma dom with hasten, but I wanted to know what "perma dom" refferred to. With external rchg sources? Set bonuses? Or, is it all non team, rchg sources combined?

When perma domination is referrenced in terms of achieving it, does that mean w/o hasten activated or any other source of +rchg (aside from bonuses) calculated in? Or, is it all +rchg sources? If chasing the former, is there a damage loss because one can't utilize all potential damage procs? Or, is it a damage gain because of perma dom and faster rchg for all powers? The reason I ask is because I'm working on a Fire/Dark/Soul build and I am 2.5 seconds off of perma dom w/o hasten activated or any other +rchg sources aside from set bonuses. Hasten itself is perma by a couple of seconds after activation. For refference, I've provided the build. From what I recall, Mando gets hit. A lot. Not so sure SR is a thematic to him as say, Willpower or even Radiation Armor. He intentionally jumps into the fray because he knows his armor will save his butt in almost every instance, but knows when to take cover. I don't know if his armor is strictly deflection based, absorption or a combo of both. Likely the latter because when he gets hit by anything stronger then a small arms blaster, he audibly grunts, gets kb'd and takes some time to get back up. You could also get the Crey CBX-9 Pistol (https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/Hero_Accolade_Powers#Crey_CBX-9_Pistol) for your cryo damage and then take the fire epic pool for his flame thrower affect.
