    We will miss you today! Your theme ideas sound good to me. My favorite themes are the ones involving not just costume, but also specific powersets or ATs.

    I am so grateful you did this for us! Excellent compilation of data. The theme ideas you listed all look great, even if a repeat. It's always fun to repeat a theme, to give everyone a chance in case they missed the first time around. Okay, let's do that then, continue the rotation as we've been doing. I honestly never realized how Trixie chooses which WST for each week, so this is some good insight. After others have a chance to look at this and give input, then you could make the official August post. Thanks so much for putting in this effort.

    I had to miss the pvp runs so would be glad to do those again sometime. I also have other ideas, such as Pyromaniac from Mr. G, another timed one, but that one I've gotten pretty good at being successful the first attempt. Also the two defeat badges from mayhem missions, Vandal and Impounder, I've learned to get those from Mr. G's mission "Cause Mayhem in Brickstown" and now I don't even bother with mayhem missions anymore. Just some ideas off the top of my head. Although, running that with my two accounts inside the mission, there might be an issue with only the active character getting credit for the defeats, but I'm still testing it.

    Imperious Task Force - Fish Monster costume - Water powerset Saturday, July 20, 2024 This ITF had 4 players sign up, and then we added 3 more! @Burnt Umber as Chauliodus Abyssus, corruptor Wake Monster, corruptor by @FrauleinMental (thanks for forming the team!) Two separate looks from Tainted Waterlily, defender by @Bananiac @Midnyte brought corruptor, Wavemender Catch of the Day, tanker, who changed staffs w/out changing costumes! (Still haven't figured that out.... can the 3 Forms each have a different weapon? I need to find out 😄) @Glacier Peak was able to help us out with defender, Empirical CrabbyPatty, crab spider, a last-minute recruit! Ready to roll! The water effects were captivating today!     Glacier Peak, I don't have this list finished yet but am working on it, for our planning purposes tomorrow. I thought I'd be working on it more this week but have had an out-of-town friend visiting and it was a whirlwind of IRL socializing. Ready for some down time in the "City" this weekend! 😄

    You sweet woman, don't worry about a thing! We will move forward on our own, sans your brilliant leadership, as best that we can! We are fine! We really just kind of wing it every week as to who leads... the last time I created the team and managed the TF contact, but I followed others during the missions themselves. We got this! We miss you, but make sure you take care of yourself and pop in sometimes if you can, and The Theme Team shall carry on!

    Sara Moore TF - Any AT - Enemy costumes Saturday, July 13, 2024 Great turnout today for this rarely-run task force! And the creativity that went into the costumes was superb. @Midnyte, brute, disguised as an Honored Brute of the Rularuu @FrauleinMental, controller, disguised ultimately as Circle of Thorns Mage but showed us a Rularuu Wisp attempt! Looks pretty good! @drdread, as Gameplan, defender, disguised as a Nemesis soldier @TygerDarkstorm, as Ruff Ruff Boom, blaster, disguised as a Nemesis soldier @Jaxman100 brought Acolyte of Talos, sentinel, disguised as Circle of Thorns @BurntUmber brought Atomi Hiroe, controller, disguised as a Paragon Protector @Bananiac brought Smiley Goblin, wee corruptor, disguised as a Nemesis soldier @Princess Cecilia brought Offbeat, controller, disguised as Circle of Thorns I'm pretty sure this type of behavior from Gameplan is not what Sara intended 😮 Gather 'round, boys! Beware the flip-flopping Warhulks! drdread's red aura was so perfect to look like perma-vengeance! Clumsy oaf! I wasn't so nimble in this get-up 😆 Thankfully, Jax teleported me out!     For our purposes of infiltration, I know the Lanaruu disguise would work fine, as none of them will blink an eye to see the more advanced factions helping out with Sara's task. Really curious how you'd pull that off though, the storm elements! 😄 Looking forward to seeing your Madness Mage, nonetheless!

    Thanks for these July themes! I'm already planning my Rocky Horror costume... as Columbia! ♪♫ Toucha toucha toucha toucha me! ♫♪ 😅 Also, in anticipation of you returning from your trip and posting the Sara Moore sign-up sheet, I'll be bringing Midnyte - Dark Melee/Willpower Brute I've only done this TF one other time, also with the Theme Team, so I'm looking forward to something different. I'm guessing it would be cheating to use a costume power here 😂 so I am planning to make one but haven't decided which faction to use yet.

    Apex/Tin Mage TFs - Horror Movie Creature costumes - All Widows Saturday, July 6, 2024 Ultimately successful event, after a bit of shuffling, that is. 🙂 Two couldn't make it, but Jax stepped in, and Umber was able to recruit a widow, so we went in with five! The lovely Nox Atrissima by @Burnt Umber The ravishing Fortunata Non Grata by @Glacier Peak The gorgeous Widow Jax by @Jaxman100 Forever Midnight, by @Midnyte, came in her contest winning vampire costume... .... but then also found a brain-head costume in her bag of tricks! Widows' Peak (forgot to get global name) didn't have a Horror Movie Creature costume but was recruited at the last minute to round out the team a bit! I wouldn't want to turn a corner and run into these guys! And so our Master of Apex run begins. It was fairly effortless. 😄 This was looking to be my first Battle Maiden fight without dying, but then in this split second I was not paying attention 😮 Note to self... At Tin Mage Mark II's request, Jax added Jax Constantine to the roster And much fun was had by all Glacier was able to distract Bobcat while we focused on her boyfriend's clones 😄 Got Army of Neu badge easily. And then Kitty's Got Claws was a piece of cake. ~ The End ~

    Sign me up for this one under my global @Midnyte, and of course I'll be cycling through the characters who have the mission. Some may be under my second account, @Parallel Midnyte. In the meantime, I'm going to get a solid list of the characters, post it here mainly to have a numerical count, and make sure they are all parked at the mission door and otherwise ready to roll. Another thing to point out is that this is solely for the badge and not necessarily XP, because most of these characters have progressed far beyond Roy Cooling so these are many many levels old.😊

    Looking forward to earning these badges today, although I don't like the thought of fighting my friends LOL. I did want to point out the time frames are off by an hour for zones adhering to Daylight Saving Time during the summer. e.g., here in Florida we are in EDT right now, which is an hour different than EST.

    I think the devs made a mistake by choosing terminology that can be ambiguous. To clarify, the AT itself is called "Arachnos Widow" regardless of powersets (and I think that's what this theme is for). A Fortunata will always be a Widow, simply due to the name of the AT. The other terms Blood Widow, (sub-L24) and then Night Widow or Fortunata are how the powersets are identified, so those are build-identifiers, not archetype. Too much ambiguity for my taste! And don't even get me started on the whole "Soldiers of Arachnos" term, vs. "Arachnos Soldier", etc. Because Widows are also Soldiers of Arachnos! But "Arachnos Soldier" is a specific archetype different from Arachnos Widow. UGH! 🥲 @TrixieKixx, I'll bring Forever Midnight - Night Widow, who is neither a Warrior Princess nor Alpha Struck yet but needs to be!

    Positron 1 and Positron 2 TFs - Martial Arts powersets and costumes Saturday, June 29, 2024 We had a small group of 5 sign-ups, and then @Lividus & 2 more were recruited. The whole group stayed for both parts of the Posi TFs. Dimsum Dumpling, blaster played by @TrixieKixx Delia Dragona, tanker by @TygerDarkstorm T'Pryyl, brute by @Midnyte Doragon no Tsume, scrapper by @Burnt Umber Li-Chun Xiang, scrapper by @Bananiac End of Part 1 I tried to take our customary donut pose but nobody was interested this time! I later realized that for some, traditions can get old after a few years 😄so here is my contribution anyway) "Take that!.... you... you.... you Aberrant Rector!" (In my mind I always call them Aberrant Rectums, an homage to @TraumaTrain's traditional jokes 😆) She does her best to control her fury, but feeling pain can help fill even a Vulcan's fury bar.
