This graphic is really interesting. C0nsidering how few empathy defenders I see these days, I'm surprised it's so high. What's the date on this data?

I don't see many though (not like it used to be). Did they get nerfed all to hell? I always enjoyed playing them and looking after my team. On a related note, what secondary(ies) is good for empathy. I'm also thinking about a FF defender. Again, not the sexiest powerset to play, but it can make the squishy members of your team much less so, and can turn the right tank into an unstoppable force. Not to mention Personal Force Field can allow you to rush in and take the alpha. Now that you can do knowdown instead of knockback, Repel and Repulsion Field will be genuinely team friendly. Same question: any thoughts on a secondary with some really good synergy? Thanks for the help.

Can someone help me out with a build that fits a modest budget, but still capable of being effective? I'm more interested in debuffs than damage. I can't get mids to open this week whenever I try to import data, so if someone could post the build here, I'm more than happy to write it down the old fashioned way. Thanks!

I've been looking for SG's/VG's with certain themes, but haven't ran across what I'm looking for yet, so I decided to put what I'm looking for below: 1. A SG/VG, that's natural in origin (powers like beam rifle, assault rifle, devices, traps, ninjutsu, staff, etc. 2. A SG/VG with a martial arts theme (Katanas, Ninja blade, ninjutsu, super reflexes, Martial Arts, and the like). 3. A SG/VG made up of masterminds. Any groups out there that dit into the above? If not, are there people out there willing to establish one?

I'm thinking it could be good for a build focused on crowd control. Yes? No?

The game officially ended years ago, and the industry still hasn't come out with anything in the genre that can touch it. How NC Soft cannot look at the lengths people are going to in order to play a game they shut down years ago and not see that there is a very real market for a City of X 2.0 is beyond me.
