If there's enough demand for something like that we might consider it - Rebirth and Reborn are pretty close to Vanilla from my understanding though. For the foreseeable future it'll be up and down as required for specific rounds of testing, and will be wiped regularly. A long-term testing shard may happen in the future but we haven't got any plans right now. Any chance of testing out a pre Castle idiotic PvP changes on a shard.....

I looked this up and you're totally right. Incarnate shards were enabled to drop from any non-grey enemy in 2011. The drop rate seems significantly increased as compared to vanilla, however. My Bane Spider is sitting on something akin to 200 shards after a pair of ITFs, which does not seem remotely consistent with the math on https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Incarnate_Shard_Component It is somewhat stomach churning to be given so much for free. An option to halve drop rates seems absurd on its face. Maybe I should just be the annoying guy picketing for the old Incarnate System. That or play exclusively on the I24 server. =P Hearing a whole lot of hyperbole here, 200 shards from a pair of ITFs? I call bull, I have around 60 shards from MANY TFs and 24 veteran levels of XP, threads is a different matter as you get those as you get veteran levels.

This ability is missing its + HP component as indicated in its tooltip and just carries the +RES part of the ability.

Without ED there would be no capacity for power augmentation and variation which came with Inventions, it was a correct choice in a long term plan.

Penelope Yin's TF still requires the "Click the 4 glowies at the same time" during the final mish. At least it *says* it does. I've never tried clicking a glowy just to see if it works or not. I might have to do that next time xD It says it, it doesnt need it in practice

Hah, I recall at some point on live that I had some parser or something that added the glowies to the maps, dont remember much about it.

Kind of cute looking how far it came, from unworkable things like picking which body part to attack to stances (offensive/defense) which was touched on and arrived in that context with Bio Armour.

Or you know, log in every 30 days/90 days/365 days/never depending on the bracket. I mean really, if you dont play the game why should you get to block someone else who could spend a great deal of time in game from using a name? All you need to is get them to level 6 and log in once every 3 months. I have zero fear of losing a name because I intend to play, and if I dont play and do lose one oh well, I was well aware of the policy and made my choice.

You arent the name police though you clearly think you are an authority on what is and is not acceptable, as I clearly stated, all the GMs are easily accessible where you could raise the point with them without you trying to strong arm what you see as an issue on the forums.

This game is amazing in its customization but there is a small bugbear with the system, if say I want to keep some abilities "original" and some bespoke with different animations or whatever I have to try and "match" the colours between them and while I can get it close I cant shake the feeling that Im off by a degree or two. For example, in ice melee I dont like the Greater Ice Sword appearance so for that ability I use the normal Ice Sword appearance BUT lining up the colours to the rest of the original powerset is tricky to get just right. So I was thinking how about the community makes a database of what the original colours used in the powersets are (unless a dev wants to just pull the info from the files which would be great)

Deadpool is an OPEN rip of Deathstrole the terminator The X- Men are a rip off of the Doom Patrol Bumblebee ripped off The Wasp Nova Corp ripped off the Green Lantern Corp which in turn was a rip off of the Lensmen Thanos was a rip of Darkseid and so on, and so on, and so on, and so......... Its ridiculous and goes on forever and running around in a private server of a dead MMO in a robot suit calling yourself Tony Stank (Parcel for Mr Stank) is less likely to gain the attention of Marvels ever litigious lawyers than if you tied a red towel around your neck and ran down the street going "whoosh" and proclaiming yourself to be Superman....

Original Hami raid was "meh" but a great server event, Hami 2.0 is trash and that he died in under 3 minutes is a testament to the terrible redesign of Hami 2.0. Gratz for doing it though
