What happened was you had a butthole who left during that mission, this causes a loop. To resolve as a workaround, get everyone to log off for 5 minutes and back in and it will have completed properly. -
Original animation isn't possible anymore. They can give options for animations, but they all have to be the same duration. Original Storm Kick animation was *much* longer than the current one, so is not compatible anymore. Doesnt work "quite" like that, any animation can be lengthened or reduced according to needs by speeding up the animation file. I wasnt serious anway, was merely harking back to a much forgotten "oldie"

Sure they can, its simply a matter or picking what animation is most appropriate (from a ton currently available) and attaching it to the power. Blaze, Fire Blasts highest damage 80ft range instant attack is the same as what Energy Transfer used to be and is currently the same as Freezing touch in the Ice Melee set (among others). I build abilities myself in another private server, its pretty standard stuff. Bespoke brand new animations would of course be nice but they are certainly not necessary. You need to get an existing power that has a suitable animation and also has exactly the same animation time as the casting time of the new power as well... that is a lot harder to do than just pick a random animation. If the animation is shorter than the cast time, you get to move earlier - before it's actually fired off. If the animation is longer than the cast time, you cant move until x time after the power had fired off. Also, Just because two animations match cast does not mean you can use a punch to fling fire balls. FX changes may be needed to make the effect come off the right body part. It really isnt, for every ability thats in those unreleased sets there is at the very least one ability that you can just go to and it will fit just fine, theres several darts. Animation time is not tied to the animation, its easy to increase/decrease Fx changes are clearly different and still, theres already a myriad in the game thats easily importable to them. You are looking for problems that dont exist, in animation, effect and visual terms all the pieces are already in game to make it look great, it just requires someone to assemble (which isnt hard) and THEN, when you have the pieces together, the abilities need balancing. Its pretty much the preserve for one guy on the team and hes pretty busy, but dont make assumptions at where the bottleneck lies, its manpower, nothing else in this cases. -

So, you quit before the contact was called and missed out on the badge? Thats kind of on you... In regards to why the Barracuda TF does this, its likely because it rewards you with a temporary power on completion.

Its what I have seen from play, running through solo, never see a zombie, find a group of people = zombies galore.

The arachnos costume ISNT actually made for player characters, NPC pants have different parameters to meet over players sets and dont play well with mixing and matching. It could be made to work how normal player pants do but it would require someone reworking the set and going through and locking out other set parts from mixing

I can hardly be held responsible for the actions of others now When the devs finally fixed the spawning of Caleb in nerva we went out to kill him, I found him first, I teleported in on my EM stalker and gave him a Energy Transfer to the face..... then Freedom server died instantly.... So in the spirit of helpfulness I went on a couple of other servers telling people what NOT to do and what would happen, I must have been either more naive back then or more evil because one by one the servers all collapsed..... -
https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Dual_Blades Given that with 3 recharge SOs build up is only useable every 45 seconds this is a terrible set up for TWO combos for stalker DB. Placate is the finisher for empower too which is a 30s cd, terrible, just terrible. I would recommend putting in suggestions as to give this set a balance pass as BU and Placate shouldnt have anything to do with the combo system IMO.

Empower AND Sweep combos are supposed to both be started by Build Up on stalkers, which pretty much sucks as it is, have you confirmed this doesnt work?

Problem with low level regeneration is that you face a low level enemy group which does copious amounts of -regen, that of Vahzilok. Regen isnt bad, its just interactive, when you get to later levels you can patch its perceived weaknesses with IO sets and powers.

Unfortunately, as I said, these pieces are set only to be used with each other as not in any other combination, using a different set of gloves for example breaks all sorts of stuff. It certainly COULD be made to work, it just requires.... well.... work.
