SO, I SERVER SKIPPED OVER LAST EVENING ON IMPULSE, BECAUSE HAD IT IN MY HEAD TO RUN 'DROWNING IN BLOOD' TRIAL... RIGHT THAT SECOND. ...QUICKLY RECRUITED FOR THE TRIAL & RAN THROUGH... TEAM THEN AGREED TO "HELP" FINISH A HANGING AV PROBLEM (INFERNAL) FOR A TEAMMATE IN NEED... ...FINISHED IT OFF WITH BIG HANDFUL OF CONTACT MISSIONS. been testing the hybrid control powers... maybe a small chart is in the works. (no % testing). came up with some different findings than you posted. tested on lvl 50 enemies CoT in PI Portal Corp. parking lot. control radial embodiment: chance to mez.... the stun does not trigger at all (0%) after the immobilize and terrorize both trigger in pve, the "control" message may or may not appear on the screen, when it does appear, think that enemies are being stunned at a greater magnitude.... but one cannot tell in game because there is no indicator other than the "control" message. this may be additive stacking based on how many applications of the control were cast on the enemy. (not exactly sure how this works). control core embodiment: +1 mag must need a tohit check, but definitely is being triggered. waylay only mainly only triggers on minions and but can, though very very infrequently trigger on LTs. the status protection figures in-game combat attributes say that both core and radial embodiment offer 28.57% status protection, not 40% as seen in the chart above.. not sure if a game attribute issue or just a description issue. would use core embodiment is if you are concerned with damage. (personally would skip this hybrid altogether, was hoping it was better than is). but caution: core works well, but i need more testing to determine if it is also stifling my procs in 'world of confusion.' with more testing it seems to me that the proc i have in 'world of confusion' will not trigger when either the hybrid core and/or radial is toggled on.

Something needs to be done... the Giant Monsters need your help. City Officials: Hire 100's more PPD and restore the influence levels to where they were previously. Citizens: Form 'Neighborhood Watch' programs throughout all of Paragon. Put your differences aside, unite! No more walking aimlessly. Store Owners: ID individuals and stop allowing random factions access to your wares. No bare feet! Pets: Stop loitering at doorways. Carry small plastic bags. Heroes: Use your Super-powers for the 'Good of Paragon.' Band together, the pursuit of influence and rewards is not important. Vigilantes: Form possees to trackdown the violators and punish them. It worked 150 years ago and it can still work today. Rougues: Infiltrate the violator's bases to gain their confidence and use what you know against them for gain of infamy. Villians: Continue to stay out of Paragon. We know that you bankroll and are the brains behind all these 'ICON' costume shops.

Agree insofar as HC is in control of what they allow to happen on the site, but determination the copyright/trademark violation is prolly a matter for a judge to decide.

Usually, forums have a post number in the top right corner, in our case where the 3 dots are located. Missing or erased posts from editing are causing threads to be unintelligible at times. When one can refer to a particular post in a thread by number, it solves the constant humungous quotes that need to be opened to view.

not sure it is just a defender vs tank thing.... if only defenders had 2500 HP... and tanks just 1200..... lol this hopkins fella is a bad dood... he is a tank with a few slow/-recharge attacks thrown in. imho, some avs are more difficult to defeat than others... and hopkins is a bit over the top. when the last time yall tried the vill mission w/him in it? (i know this was about manticore).
