  1. Agree. Not sure with what happened w/this thread at some point, but beyond recognition at times. lol. I spent some time w/the testing, if not what you were after I may have misinterpreted what to test. LMK. If you want, willing to run some of this content w/ya so I can understand betterer. None of this testing means anything, but am willing to listen at least. Not in any position to recommend anything, Not affiliated or using an alter non-GM ego. lol
  2. Testing of lvl 50 Council arc 24.06 in ouro. Prevost Marchand contact. 1st Arc; 3rd mission; went thru 3 rooms; 2 groups aggroed at a time. used: lvl 50 defender; no ispirations; Alpha intuition slotted; no other incarnate powers used. premise: went thru various notoriety settings to see what's up w/the 'new' council on the same arc same 3rd mission and took some notes. each time went through first 3 rooms in the arc. stopped after freeing aurora pena. then changed notoriety settings, then logged off then back on to do the next difficulty setting. notoriety setting/notes: +0/2 - was too easy. no difficulty at all. +0/4 - easy. now includes equinox adjutant (vamps) and zeniths. +1/4 - interesting at this point, now includes above plus nightwolf champion and galaxy archons. lots of Recharge DeBuff. +2/4 - starting to get fun. level 53 bosses (purple eclipse war wolf) present a couple lvl 53 LTs also. getting 'stunned' at this point. had a 3 minute fight with boss in last room. +3/4 - now noticeably taking longer to clear rooms. lots of lvl 54 LTs and lvl 54 bosses (eclipse war wolf). was knocked down (surprising because have very high knockback protection). took about 7 or 8 minutes to clear last room. boss fight about same as before. +4/4 - whole groups are now all comprised of lvl 54. everything else including times and such seemed very similar to the +3/4 setting. overall impression: jump between +1/4 and +2/4 was quite large in the difficulty department. +2/4 seemed stronger than usual to me. all the other notoriety settings seemed on par with what i would expect. (side note, my toon did not seem particularly 'soft' to this enemy except for the surprising -Recharge DeBuff and very unusual knockdown).
  3. where are these 'new' 6-million dollar council found these days... striga still? certain contact arcs? lmk think it's important to replicate your experience, before commenting.
  4. lots of fine points made so far in this thread, so adding do far unmentioned one.... imho, tanks are a must for holding one or two group aggro particularly on: 'master of'.... task force runs. lower-level content, i.e. any content which does not 'incarnate' boost. actually, a duo of a tank and a defender can tackle quite a bit of other 2 group content too. lol.
  5. I think @Herotu means an endless supply of enemy hordes over-running the player? If so, 🤙!!!!!!!!! Count me in!
  6. instanced development: off the cuff an 'advanced hard mode hami' a 100 toon hami raid... when u die, you are "out" "multiple bloom number" choice hami spawns ....and development of anything else which anyone could think of other than for the main reasoning to be leeching on a single shard.
  7. DRAFT.......DRAFT......DRAFT.....(categorizations only a draft for discussion's sake). issues: (some if not all happening on single shard only). (DRAFT). ⦁ overcrowding ⦁ excessive showing up early times ⦁ leechers/griefers ⦁ lost seeds ⦁ potential raid failures ⦁ no ability to 'kick' leechers/griefers ⦁ no ability to 'lead' non-leaguers fixed by "instanced raid": (DRAFT) ⦁ ability to 'kick' ⦁ ability to 'lead' since everyone is in league not fixed by "instance raid": (DRAFT) ⦁ overcrowding ⦁ excessive showing up early times ⦁ leechers/griefers ⦁ lost seeds ⦁ potential raid failures
  8. my points in above are these post could have been done in "non-official" capacity.
  9. Not sure just how the 'information kiosk' things count the number of 'ouro arcs completed'.... but it says 410 total if i remember correctly. (it may count duplicate/triplicate runs of same arc so unsure).
  10. problem with same arc which i ran thru ouro. different problem though.
  11. Collectivism - Prioritizes benefits for a group over an individual.
  12. just last week finally finished every ouro arc available blue/gold/red. not sure what you mean by broken quests... storylines maybe?
  13. Agree with this above. Tried to do this myself and got lambasted, though was doing nothing but helping. The first post felt accusatory toward folks who do not want to "league," so wanted to know more about the situation at hand. Not sure who said it...."Better to let 10 guilty men go free than a single innocent man be convicted." So, something which seems like an etiquette or unwritten rule is not liked by a lead, (usually takes about 8 lead total to run one of these imho)... and being late to your own party are an issue... than I am in the wrong thread, because not sure I can be convinced the GMs or the Council can help unless you get an instanced raid. Agreement is had that it can be a bummer... but what about something like a "Special Event" which can be triggered by the GMs or something if you could coordinate. Just seems like a lot of fuss to fix a small but irritating problem to require program development.
  14. It's getting clearer, using the decoding ring... "Drink more...________." The unwritten rules are being broken (excluding the dual-box law on the books I had mentioned). So, after exhausting all possible options and elevating the issue(s) to middle management... to no avail... Only thing which can be done is one of three things: Let the next administration deal w/it. Throw as much influence at the problem as possible. Give these "leechers" whatever they want, including free green enhancements.
  15. Have you asked them if they are?... Not going to touch the bannable portion of your response.
  16. Has this reached the level of a full blown crisis? Random groups of "leachers" sneaking into a zone or via smuggler's sub... These "leachers" : do not want to be part of the league do not follow rules do not work for the rewards take more than thier fair share of the rewards (steal, as was mentioned). hide basically "ruin it for everyone else." My questions at this point are: Where is the council in all this? Has the council visited this zone?... or sent a GM representative to view for themselves? Has the league leader employed an SG security team at the "zone entrance." Have the "leachers" been caught in the act? Have the "leachers" been reported?... or just ignored? Do the "leachers" keep finding their way back to zone some other way?
  17. Understood. I'm trying to see your points on this suggestion. Just that I do not agree with your categorization of a leecher. Suspect since they (the leachers) arrive early at the raid, that in reality the "leachers" are just "dual boxers." (They have one toon on your league and another toon parked). Suggest the "issue of leeching" that you are writing of is not an issue at all as you describe.... it's just "dual -boxing." If too many folks are wanting "hami".... turn "hami" up a few difficulty notches... Because a few students are not listening in class.... and above... re-writing game code for a hami raid is not needed imho.
  18. What is a leacher?... just someone who refuses to join your league? Is it a "leacher" that is hiding buds around the zone.... for sure? Or is it merely powers with knockback causing this? Never heard of this 'hiding buds' thing before. (Usually had some volunteers scan the bowl after a round to make sure all clear).
  19. Think there was a nerf lvl lowering change made to enemy groups in PI, but maybe was just in the Portal Parking Lot...? Liked it better before, used to be able to 'farm' lvl 50 tips missions in the parking lot. Does not work anymore if you are a lvl 50. bummer.
  20. repluse/repel: had no idea of the level of confusion this has caused over the years... sentiment appears to dictate this needs attention. change it all. change it all.
  21. re-naming an error is still an error. let's put an end to this re-naming creep. leave what has been wrong for 20 years alone.
