  1. I'm 36. I was just finishing up my first year of college when the game launched and played mostly until sunset.
  2. Agent V Weekend Update - 7/25/21 A lot happened during the weekend with Agent V. I'll give a quick summary of what happened. * I ran Maria Jenkins story arc and took on most of the Praetorian AVs, taking down Marauder, Neuron, and Nightstar down twice, to rescue Positron from Praetoria. * Most of the battles were easy, aside from the Malaise and Mother Mayhem, which was a little dicey due to all the psychic attacks being thrown around. * Manticore and I managed to rescue Positron and completed the story arc which leveled me up to Level 46. * I took down Marauder a third time, gaining the Agent Badge which I now wear with pride after preventing him from escaping back to Praetoria. * I also faced Siege, and managed to defeat him to unlock the Portal Jockey Accolade. giving me a decent boost to HP and Endurance. * I then focused on completing both Harvey Maylor and Unai Kemen story arcs starting with Unai's first. * After rescuing the scientists and retrieving the item needed to restore them, I faced off with Requiem and defeated him to end Unai's story arc. * I then focused on completing Harvey's story arc dealing with the Carnival of Shadows. * After defeating Giovanna Scaldi, I had to defeat Vanessa DeVore, who had managed to learn a lot about her abilities. * After a battle in which she most of her time running away, I was able to defeat her and complete Harvey's story arc. At the end of the arc, I am halfway to level 48.
  3. Agent V Update - 7/21/21 I resumed Maxwell Christopher's arc involving Nemesis while also working on Indigo's arc on the side. I managed to get one mission where the mission objective was near the beginning of the map (got to love those). I eventually managed to get to the mission involving Nosferatu, one of the top members of the Council. After having my first set of mines ruined by a couple of minions, I was able to reset the minefield and begin the fight with Nosferatu. He tried to attack, but he is unable to attack me due to popping a Good Luck before battle. He tries to run, but I manage to get him towards the minefield, which nearly finishes him off (thanks to constant damage from Disintegrate). I was able to finish him off shortly after. After clearing the remaining mobs, I leveled up to Level 44 and regained Evasive Maneuver. A few missions later and it's time to take down Nemesis. After fighting a Mindless Nemesis, I eventually come across the real deal. I messed up my setup by summoning the Gun Bot instead of setting up another mine, but it did get his attention. After waiting on him to release his Personal Force Field, I was able to take him down once and for all. After taking down Nemesis, I completed the remainder of Indigo's arc. I had a couple of tense moments, but in the end, I rescued Melvin Langley from the Malta Group, as well as the British diplomat and Jim 'Thunderhead' Bartlett. After doing a couple of radio missions, I managed to get the Multidimensional Badge after doing a couple of missions involving the Hydra Men. I also fought a trio of EBs: Bile, Thorn, and Baphomet. Bile was a bit tricky due to him landing an X-Ray Beam early in the fight, but he wasn't too difficult. Thorn was the easiest of the trio as it wasn't able to do too much, and Baphomet was only able to land one attack before falling. After a couple of more side missions, I leveled up to Level 45 before logging out for the evening.
  4. Agent V Update - 7/19/21 After arriving at the location that Marauder was spotted, I flew towards his location. I took out any possible allies around him before planting a few trip mines near his location. After summoning my Gun Bot 3000, I sniped the minion next to him. I expected him to try to close the distance, but was surprised to see a boulder hit me from downtown to the tune of 375 damage. I wasn't expecting him to have a lot of range as I attacked him from more than 100 yards out. The fight dragged a little bit, but I was able to hit him with Disintegrate to weaken his regen. Eventually, after avoiding my mines, he ends up getting blown up by the mines and is knocked out. After defeating Marauder, I set up some dimensional scanners that would track any movements from Praetoria before diving into the final mission to stop both Anti-Matter and Neuron. While making my way through the lab, I found three Vanguard soldiers who joined up with me in my mission. We first came across Neuron, who was a level higher than me and my team (and conned purple). After setting up a few mines, I sniped him to get his attention. He then hits me with a Lightning Bolt that did around 300 damage. Thanks to the combined force of my allies and myself, we were able to take down Neuron with little trouble. After taking down Neuron, we made our way upstairs to the room where Anti-Matter was waiting for us. After setting up some trip mines, I sniped Anti-Matter. He and his robot made their way towards my squad where he was not able to hit me at all and we were able to defeat him with no trouble and complete the story arc. After completing that mission, I started up Maxwell Christopher's story arc before heading to bed for the night.
  5. Agent V Weekend Update - 7/18/21 Having completed Janet Kellum's arc, I completed several missions from Madeleine Casey, Tina McIntyre, and Maxwell Christopher. I was eventually able to access The Praetorian War and To Save a Soul story arcs. This was soon joined by Indigo's story arc, which required me to visit Crimson before starting off. I decided to focus on getting Madeleine's arc done first, while working on the other two arcs. I did a few missions for Maxwell, but was not able to get him to give me his arc yet. I was abl;e to defeat several Fake Nemesis while doing his missions, though, so not a total waste. Dealing with Carnies wasn't too bad (unless you attacked an Illusionist that became intangible just as you attacked), although I was still cautious. Dealing with the Madame of Mystery was easy the first couple of times (defeating her by leading her into a massive trip mine barrage the first couple of times). However, when it came time to attack her as an EB, I made a near-fatal mistake. I didn't set up any trip mines during this battle as I had thought that hitting her with a heavy assault would win the day. Boy was I wrong. After stacking all of my purples, reds, and orange inspirations, I attacked. At first, the damage I dealt was okay, while the cleaver was doing decent damage, but was taking a bit long to use. As my buffs ran out, I realized that she was at 1/3 of her health. I also realized that my Gun Drone had attacked the crowd below, which brought in an Illusionist to the battle. I was then held and the MoM hit two attacks back to back for 60% of my health. I took a big gamble with combining three medium greens for a Good Luck, then went at MoM with all I had while avoiding the attacks of her minions. Near the end, I was able to finish her off before the Good Luck expired. I managed to level up to Level 43, and after a respec, continued with the Praetorian War arc. I took on Anti-Matter, who wasn't able to land a hit before teleporting away from danger. After a couple of more missions, I now must face Marauder, but that will be for next time.
  6. Agent V Update - 7/15/21 Upon logging in, I continued Angus McQueen's arc and learned that some of the Rikti had began to learn how to use magic. Upon fighting them, I discovered that they had captured a CoT mage who was forced to teach them how to use magic. Upon saving the mage who told me about their plans to reopen the sealed gateway to their home planet, I rushed to stop their plan. I managed to defeat them and stop their plans for the time being. After finishing up McQueen's story arc, I started to work on stopping Nemesis from controlling the world's weather. Working against the clock, I was able to stop his plans. I was also had to stop an invasion led by Nemesis Rex, a Nemesis from another dimension who fought with the Nemesis from my dimension. After dealing with Nemesis, I worked with Janet Kellum who vowed to take down Crey. After a few missions, I discovered that I was on Paragon City's Most Wanted list. Apparently I had gotten involved in a case that spanned a couple of decades involving a woman and Countess Crey. Boy was I and Janet surprised that the Countess was the woman that went missing over a decade ago. With my life in danger and reputation damaged to the point of Manticore stalking my every move, I worked to clear my name while continuing my investigation. I eventually cleared my name and managed to track down the Countess, who was hiding underneath the city waiting for an escape out of the country. After a good fight, I was able to arrest her and bring her to justice. I also leveled up to Level 42 before calling it a night.
  7. Agent V Update - 7/13/21 After finishing up my contacts, I was halfway to Level 40. After doing a few Radio missions involving the Freakshow, I went to Talos Island and took part in a Zombie Outbreak, followed by disarming a few Rikti Bombs in Kings Row during a Rikti Invasion. I then ran a few missions before finally hitting Level 40. I headed to Peregrine Island and did Ghost Falcon's mission to unlock his store before heading to my contacts. After visiting with my contacts, I did the starting missions for each one. On Indigo's first mission, I had to face down the Malta Group, all of which appeared to be one level higher, including the boss at the end of the mission along with a Crey boss. Thanks to Smoke Grenade, as well as my snipe, I was able to separate the two and take then down with no issue. After finishing up her mission, I unlocked Angus McQueen and started on his storyline involving the Rikti. Before heading to bed, I went to Skyway City and helped a group that was running the Synapse Task Force take down Babbage. I was able to get a few merits, as well as the Clockstopper badge. The next day, I continued on Angus McQueen's story arc where I captured one of the Rikti leaders, only to have to recapture her after McQueen's informant turned on him and completed his transformation into a Rikti Soldier. After taking him down, I was able to track down where the leader was being held. As I arrived, it turns out that Nemesis had taken her away to another location. After tracking them down to another location, I was able to save the Rikti leader from Nemesis. After that mission, I received word from Tina McIntyre that Portal Corp wanted me to investigate a strange psychic signal coming from one of the various dimensions that Portal Corp was observing. After traveling to the dimension, I noticed that the world that I ventured to was filled with Clockwork, but instead of electricity, they were firing off psionic attacks. As I was defeating the Clockwork, I noticed that the Clockwork King was behind the disturbance. After a hard battle, I was able to defeat the powerful opponent and upon completing the mission, I leveled up to Level 41 and took Maneuvers.
  8. Agent V Update - 7/8/21 After completing Levantera's two story arcs, I returned to complete the remaining four story arcs that I have not finished. Gordon Stacy's arc wasn't too bad, although dealing with Crey Protectors using Moment of Glory was less than ideal. Thankfully, Gun Drone (which I named the Gun Bot 3000) was able to pull some attention away from them long enough for MoG to run out. The other arcs didn't possess much of a challenge as I leveled up to Level 39. After completing the story arcs, I decided to run the first Ouroboros story arc. After completing the short arc, I decided to run the old Positron Task Force. With Field Operative, I was able to run through the arc without issue, although the escort mission took longer than needed due to having to turn off FO to get the two hostages to follow me. I was able to complete it in under 90 minutes, although I feel that I could have done it slightly faster. After finishing the TF, I am halfway to Level 40.
  9. Agent V Update - Long Overdue Update - 7/5/21 It's been a while since I updated but I managed to reach Level 37 last night. I'll give a brief summary about what happened since the last update: * I started up the next series of story arcs and completed them, although the DE and BP arcs were a bit of a pain with the escort missions requiring me to turn off Field Operative in order to move the hostages. * I leveled up to Level 28 and obtained Trip Mine, which has helped a lot, especially with the Elite bosses that I faced along the way. It also helps with getting rid of Razorvines (the DE that act like trees in a mission that doesn't move unless you turn off stealth. * I completed both Striga Isle and the first set of Croatoa arcs * After reaching Level 30 (and picking up Weave), I completed the second half of the Croatoa arcs as well as start on the rest of the arcs * At Level 32, I picked up Overcharge, giving me a must needed AOE attack to clear mobs. * After completing the remaining arcs, I level up to Level 35, at which I took Evasive Maneuvers. I then changed my alignment to Rogue and traveled to the Rogue Isles where I conned the Arbiters and Black Scorpion into stealing a copy of his Scorpion Shield and making it my own (I ran BS Patron arc and defeated the EB at the end, which thanks to planting a lot of Trip Mines, was not as bad as I thought). * After returning back to Paragon City, I took on the Circle of Thorns and met up with the Envoy of Shadows. In the first mission, I had the unfortunate luck to face him as he was in the way of completing the mission. After a couple of lucks, as well as a bunch of Trip Mines, I was able to take him down without issue despite him conning Purple to me. In both the second and last fights, I managed to level up before facing him, taking him down with little trouble. * I also completed the DE arc in which you face off with Terra, another EB. This one took a little while as one of her underlings blew up my Trip Mine strategy, causing me to have to target her while avoiding her two ranged attacks. I did get hit a couple of times, but was able to deal the final blow to take her down. * Using the respec that I gained from completing Black Scorpion's Patron arc, I added in Charged Armor, giving me more resistance to Smashing and Lethal damage, as well as added Energy resist. * I then completed Levantera's two arcs and became a member of Vanguard.
  10. I discovered that there is now an entrance to Pocket D located in Atlas Park.
  11. Agent V Update - Weekend Update After taking a break Friday, I continued on my quest. I traveled to Striga Isle and took on the first two story arcs there. After completing quite a few defeat-all missions from Stephanie Peebles, I was able to retrieve her ring from Hercules, the Warrior boss that stole it from her and returned it to her. She allowed me to keep it for now, giving me a nice temp power. After helping her out, I went to help out her friend Long Jack who wanted to get revenge on the Council for what they did to him several decades ago. After defeating the doctor that experimented on Long Jack, I was sent to take down Maestro. After a tough fight, due to the tight quarters in the lab, as well as Maestro's sonic attacks, I was able to defeat him and help close a tough chapter of Long Jack's past. After completing those two arcs, I continued on The Magic Man story arc and defeated Mickey 'The Magic Man' Maloney, a Family boss who thought that he could alter time to avoid his fate. Doesn't he realize that messing with time travel is dangerous? After helping recover the Devil's Timepiece from Maloney, Mercedes sent me after the Warriors to retrieve the Crown of Glory, another family artifact. After taking down some of the leaders of the Warriors in a cave with very tight spaces (thanks Smoke Grenades for blinding the various mobs in those spaces), I entered a ship where Hector, a Warrior boss who defected from the group, had taken the crown. After taking down ambush after ambush, I was able to take down Hector, defeat every boss that attempted to kill me for the crown, and escape the ship without dying. After helping Mercedes, I began finishing up the other story arcs that I had started on. After completing every one, I ended up a little bit shy of Level 26. I also began to play with the market, flipping bought IOs and selling things like LotG and other valuable IOs. I then was able to buy a few booster packs, where I got a few ATOs which I then converted to the Blaster sets.
  12. Agent V Update - 6/10/21 After taking a break from playing yesterday, I logged in and began to buy some much needed IOs for V. I was able to get both the Performance Shifter End Mod & the proc after some converter roulette. I was also able to get a few PVP IOs after buying a few of the Gladiator's Strike IOs and converting them. After selling a few IOs that I converted for extra cash, I resumed my missions by completing the last mission in the Tsoo Shenanigans story arc. I completed Graham Easton's arc and continued both the The Vahzilok Plague and The Mind of a King story arcs, which helped me level up to Level 20 and Field Operative. After leveling up, I started on Doc Delilah's story arc as well as the first story arc of Mercedes Sheldon. After completing Doc Delilah's story arc, I continued with Agent G's arc. An hour or so later, I had completed Agent G's arc and destroyed the PsychoChronoMetron (with the help of Penelope Yin). I then continued Mercedes story arc and recovered the Dirge of Chaos from the Freakshow. I started The Magic Man story arc, as well as the Tsoo Coup. I ended the session at level 22 after starting up a couple of more missions.
  13. Agent V Update - 6/8/21 I finished up the The Vahzilok Pollutant Plot & The Clockwork Captive story arcs and leveled to Level 15. After completing both arcs, I traveled to Faultline, where I started up the first Faultline story arc. After a close call with Kurse (he kept targeting me instead of Arbiter Sands), I was able to complete the rest of the arc with little issue, gaining a level in the process. I then went ahead and completed Penelope Yin's story arc and got access to Mr. Yin's shop, where I was able to finally buy some accuracy and damage SOs for a few powers that I was not able to get from the marketplace. After running a few missions, I was able to start up both the three original story arcs for this level range (The Mind of a King, Tsoo Shenanigans, & The Vahzilok Plague), as well as Graham Easton's arc. After a few missions, I spent the rest of the evening crafting IOs, getting each of the first two sets of badges. I also was able to craft a few set IOs and was to flip them for more money on the AH. By the time that I finished, I have leveled up to Level 18 and picked up the snipe for BR.
  14. Update Log 1 (6/6/21): I ran Eagle Eye's story arc (The Lords of Death) and almost died in the second mission due to not focusing on the Capo Muscle that was guarding the councilwoman. I was so used to sprinting past the guards in the corridor leading to the room where she was, but inadvertently lured three minions with me to the room. After dispatching them, I tried to take out the Capo Muscle while talking with the councilwoman, not realizing that the CM wasn't defeated. He nearly killed me off while the Capo Gunner and the minion gunner both shot at me. After popping a couple of respites, I survived the assault, managed to fend off Morana, and level up to Level 10. After picking up Targeting Drone (which I love btw), I was able to finish up the story line and defeated Veles. I then started and completed Montague Castanella's arc before starting on the Bonfire Arc from Lorenzo DiCosta and finishing up at Level 12 Update Log 2 (6/7/21): I was able to complete both the Bonfire arc as well as the Save the Mystic mission from Haley Phillips. I then started work on both the Clockwork Captive arc from Everett Daniels and the The Vahzilok Pollutant Plot from Kyle Peck. I managed to level up to Level 14 and took Fly. Before logging off for the night, I crafted a few IOs that I got the salvage for, exchanged almost all of my merits for 90 convertors, and was able to make around 15 million from selling a few IOs.
  15. Cloud of Ice: So cold... so... cold... Homeless Citizen: First my friends are taken over by aliens, now robots..? Am I crazy?
  16. I created my character today. Introducing Agent V, a Beam Rifle/Devices Blaster. This is the first time that I used either powerset, so it should be interesting. After completing the Galaxy City tutorial (for character storyline reasons), I finished the Matthew Habashy arc chain, which leveled me up to level six. After doing a few radio missions and getting the Jet Pack from protecting Atlas Park (as well as get a Rock from a weapons deal), I completed Shauna Stockwell's arc and leveled up to level nine.
  17. Here are my three rolls: 1) Fiery Melee/Ice Armor Scrapper 2) Mind Control/Fiery Assault Dominator 3) Energy Melee/Willpower Stalker My first roll resulted in Chillber (Chill +(em)ber), the unknown child of two royal members from rival kingdoms who grew up in an orphanage in Switzerland following her parents' untimely deaths. She learned her abilities from her brother, who found her after several years of looking all over Europe for her. So far she has been fun to play, although dealing with Hellion and Skull bosses was a bit rough due to not getting Glacial Armor at 16, her current level. My second roll resulted in Mental Flare, a young woman who discovered her powers after a robbery attempt gone wrong. She was taught to use her powers by an academy trained to deal with psychic abilities. I haven't played her yet, but might try her out a bit later. My third roll resulted in Spirit Striker, a teenage cheerleader with spiritual powers achieved by focusing her chi into her fists to deliver devastating attacks to her enemies. Trained by a master who saw great potential in her after witnessing her being bullied for being the new kid, she began to train under him and learned how to harness her chi. So far, I have her at level 2 and look forward to playing her more.
  18. While flying through First Ward: [NPC] Resistance Fighter: Aw, this ain't good. He done got baconized! [NPC] Resistance Fighter: You're about to get it all polar bear-style without the syrup, know what I'm sayin'? [NPC] Oppressor: When this is over... [NPC] Oppressor: I'm going to find you and make you do the most unspeakable things to yourself and your little friends... [NPC] D.U.S.T. Leader: I can't wait.
  19. After taking a break, I decided to create a new character for the challenge. Meet Shadow Bomb, a Dark Miasma/Energy Blast Defender. I recently managed to get her to level 22 (and Stamina finally!!) and so far have had a mostly smooth ride. I somehow missed out on a couple of arcs, one of which was due to a bugged out contact, but other than that, I have managed to do the other story arcs leading into the 20-24 arcs.
  20. I created a character for the challenge as well, a DM/SR magic scrapper called The Shadow Crusher on Everlasting. So far, I have gotten her to level 10, with little issues, although I had a really close call with a +1 Hellion boss that nearly killed me (that Resurgence from the tutorial saved me from an embarrassing defeat), as well as the kill CoT mission in Perez Park (taking on a group of Hordeling Lashers and Life Mages without knockback protection was not a good idea). I did notice, at least from going the magic route that the Hellion leader that I faced in one of Azuria's missions appeared in a mission that Genevieve Sanders gives you a few levels later as a boss. That was something that I never noticed before. I also noticed that both the Hellion boss, as well as the Skulls boss that you face during that level have their health restored midway through the fight, which threw me off big time.
  21. Yes, the Tier 9 is a ranged AOE attack, similar to Geyser, Blizzard, Thunderous Blast, etc. I should have made it a bit more clearer. As for the suggestion, that would be a better idea and it would give it an unique ability that would make it stand out from other sets. I also like this suggestion as well. Thanks for the feedback.
  22. Kinetic Blast - Kinetic Blast grants you control over the power of the kinetic energy around you. This can allow you to weaken and take down enemies using the power of kinetic energy. When hit with a kinetic power, an enemy's attack power is reduced. Some powers allow the user to build up Kinetic Charge, while others consume Kinetic Charge. You can have up to 3 stacks of Kinetic Charge on yourself at a time. Your Kinetic Charge can be released to strengthen your Kinetic Drain, Focused Burst, and Kinetic Overload powers. These powers will consume all of your Kinetic Charge. 1. Kinetic Bolt (Available at Level 1) - You release a small bolt of kinetic energy, damaging your target and reducing their attack power. Kinetic Bolt builds 1 Kinetic Charge. Damage: Minor (Energy), Recharge: Fast (3s), Activation Time: 1s, Damage Buff: -10% (Target for 5s) 2. Kinetic Blast - Available at Level 1) - You release a strong blast of kinetic energy, damaging your target and reducing their attack power. This power has a chance of knocking down the target. Kinetic Bolt builds 1 Kinetic Charge. Damage Moderate (Energy), Recharge: Moderate (6s), Activation Time: 1.67s, Damage Buff: -10% (Target for 7s), Knockdown (Mag 0.67) to target (30% Chance) 3. Repulsing Torrent - Available at Level 2) - Repulsing Torrent unleashes a cone of powerful energy that can smash foes and possibly send them flying. Damage: Moderate (Energy/Smashing), Recharge: Slow (12s), Activation Time: 2s, Arc: 45 Degrees, Knockback (Mag 6.23) to target (80% chance) 4. Kinetic Charge - (Available at Level 6) - You draw kinetic energy into yourself thus boosting your chance to hit significantly, boosting your damage slightly, and granting yourself +3 Kinetic Charge. While active, each Kinetic Blast power will now add the drained strength of your enemies to you. Recharge: Very long (90s), Activation Time: 1.17s, Duration: 10s, ToHit: 50% (Self) for 10s, Damage Buff: 25% (Self) for 10s 5. Kinetic Spark - (Available at Level 8 ) - You quickly release a quick bolt of kinetic energy at your target's chest. Kinetic Spark reduces the foe's attack power and has a good chance of stunning your foe. Kinetic Shot builds 1 Kinetic Charge: Damage: Minor (Energy), Recharge: Slow (20s), Activation Time (1s), Damage Buff: -10% (Target for 12s), Stun: (Mag 3) to target for 11.92s 6. Kinetic Siphon - (Available at Level 12) - You summon a kinetic transference field at the target location that drain the kinetic energy from targets caught inside the field, causing Moderate Energy damage to affected foes,, reducing their attack speed, attack power, movement speed, and endurance. You and allies within the Transference Field will receive a boost to recharge, endurance recovery, and regeneration per target affected as long as you remain inside the targeted area. Kinetic Drain grants 1 stack of Kinetic Charge if you have 2 or less. Kinetic Drain will consume all stacks of Kinetic Charge if you have 3, but the power's Endurance recovery, Regeneration , and recharge speed is increased by 50%. Ranged (Location AoE) Damage: Moderate DoT (Energy), Recharge: Long (60s), Activation Time: 2s, Damage Buff: -10% (Target for 10s), +Regen: 20% (30% at Kinetic Charge Level 3), Recovery: 10% (15% at Kinetic Charge Level 3), Recharge Speed: 5% (7.5% at Kinetic Charge Level 3) 7: Focused Burst - (Available at Level 18) - You unleashed a burst of focused power at the foe. Focused Burst deals High Energy/Smashing damage, reduce the foe's attack power, and can possibly knock down your foe. Focused Burst grants you 1 charge of Kinetic Charge when at 2 or less. Focused Burst will consume all stacks of Kinetic Charge if you have 3, but the power's damage will not only increase in strength, but will also have a better chance of knockdown. Damage: High (Energy/Smashing), Recharge: Moderate (10s), Activation Time: 1.67s, Damage Buff: -10% (Target for 10s), Knockdown: (Mag 0.67) to Target (100% if at Kinetic Charge Level 3) 8: Kinetic Bomb - (Available at Level 26) - You launch a sphere of kinetic energy at nearby foes. Kinetic Bomb reduces the attack power of the target and nearby foes, as well as having a good chance of knocking down foes. Kinetic Discharge causes high Energy/Smashing Damage), slows down the the targets' movement, reduces the attack power of the foes caught in the blast, as well as stunning them. Kinetic Discharge consumes all Kinetic Charge. The damage, as well as the reduction of the targets' attack power increases for each level of Kinetic Charge. At level 3, Kinetic Discharge will stun affected targets for 10s. Ranged (Targeted AoE), Damage: Extreme (Energy/Smashing), Recharge: Very Long (125s), Activation Time: 3s, Damage Buff: -10% (Target for 20s) at Kinetic Charge Level 0, Damage Buff: -15% (Target for 20s) at Kinetic Charge Level 1, Damage Buff: -20% (Target for 20s) at Kinetic Charge Level 2, Damage Buff: -25% (Target for 20s) at Kinetic Charge Level 3, 5s Stunned (Mag 3) to targets, -33% Jump Speed, -33% Fly Speed, -33% Run Speed, -33% Recharge Speed for 10s
  23. From a Council radio mission: NPC] Archon Belaggi: ...and he says 'Aren't you a little old to be believing in leprechauns?' Then I threw him out the window! Hah! I love that one.
  24. While doing a Hero's Hero arc from Maria Jenkins, I came across these two quotes: Elite Resistance Fighter: Hey! Finders keepers, scamper! Now you're getting two pounds of slambang for sneakin'! Elite Resistance Fighter: That's right. TWO pounds. Went from zero to - boooom! - TWO! Elite Resistance Fighter: My heebie-jeebies have totally hit eleven... Why are we here again, slammer? Elite Resistance Fighter: Don't be a squeakbeast, chomper! Remember... Be the lion, not the squeakbeast! Elite Resistance Fighter: Will ya lookit that! We got scamper sightin' at double-o seventy o'clock! Elite Resistance Fighter: Be the lion... Be the lion...
